GoogleFuming. Emailed inquiring about a listing.. nothing. Called in and was told i would get a call back from another agent. Called back the following day to be advised & when querying another property (I now realise is listed by another agency i was told i would receive a call back from another agent).. NOTHING.. i follow-up to be greeted by another chat who quickly became confrontational at my remark of having no feedback regarding my enquiries or callbacks as promised.. reading through notes of a conversation i already had in an-attempt to call me out blocking me from any further discussion.. laughing as i told him to forget it. I wont be pursuing any listings with this brand attached.

GoogleI have no idea where some of the good reviews come from (probably their own freinds!), but I called inquiring about a property, and from the guy who picks up the phone (sounds like he is numb!), to the manager, they were all rude, short and like they could not be bothered, just responded I don't know to every single question and showed cero interest to find out. ...they seem to have no interest in selling or helping the customers. GoogleAmazing agents to deal with. They were excellent throughout our move in process, during our tenancy, and when moving out. Always professional, very responsive, and just genuinely a very friendly team. Special mentions for Josh, who dealt with any queries during our tenancy very swiftly and with the utmost care, and Yovin, who was extremely helpful during our move in process, making sure we had all of the information we needed before making a decision. GoogleI overall had a really pleasant experience with Alex Crown. It was my first time moving out and I was shown around the property by Jason who was polite and lovely. Moving out was daunting, but Alex Crown accommodated to my needs and made the move easy. They're really timely and helpful, for example, I called about a broken blind and within the hour, they sent someone out to fix it. Another time, my bedroom door (somehow) locked on its own and Jason arrived within 20 mins to open it for me. They also have the room professionally cleaned before you move in which is quite nice (although I re-cleaned it). I would recommend Alex Crown and will use them again in the future when I move out again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality

GoogleFriendly, helpful and expedient!! After being let down by Wimbledon based agent who pretty much reiterated every single stereotype (and I am only not naming at the moment due to going legal), these guys were a breath of fresh air! Firstly Ziaur, who was communicative and helpful and even though he was run over by viewings on the day, still took the time to arrange it all there and then for me. He stayed on top of the process all the way and even made sure to check on me long after I stopped being his responsibility. The other guys in the office were also courteous and expedient and I really cannot recommend Alex Crown enough - definitely NOT your stereotype agents!

GoogleBefore I met Ziaur, I was full of anxiety that I would not be able to find my house because of continuous cancellation of the contract with other estates.. But ZIaur was really faithful and helpful from the moment I met to the end of the contract. Only a few weeks ago, I was worried about getting a house, but now I'm living a quality life in my cozy home. He always tried to understand us, and in spite of his busy work he kept in touch with me very well, and give tremendous help continuously. Other employees, including the manager, were also very kind and the atmosphere of the office was always good. I really appreciate their help for providing the best service. 🙏🙏

GoogleIt is not often I genuinely feel the need to write a review but this time I really do! The services, honesty, reliability and genuine nature of all the staff at Alex crown, most notably Rahman, is exceptional. We have moved into our dream flat with complete confidence. The service has been quick, accurate with an abundance of genuine connection and care from Rahman. I only wish that my previous experiences in moving and renting had been this pleasurable. 10/10 on all aspects. I wish them continued success in their wonderful firm.

GoogleIf I could give them a 0 stars I would. I am not usually writing bad reviews. I was looking for a flat to rent. They made me talked with three different people in 36h. They were never clear. The mail were incomplete and they were alternating call and emails: the negotiation was not transparent at all. They often giving me contradictory information. At the end I lost the flat I wanted, not for the offer but for their unfair playing. They will just waste your time. Stay away from them if you can. Marina

GoogleThese guys are awful, AVOID! We had made an offer on a property and were ready to pay the holding fee, but needed clarification on a detail about the contract (when the damage deposit would need to be paid). The agent Hafizur Rahman took 24 hours to reply to our message - then replied saying that they had given the property to another tenant who was paying the deposit that moment. Unless you like frustration & disappointment, DO NOT use this agency.

GoogleIf you're looking to rent with Alex Crown Lettings & Estate Agents, be very wary. In my brief experience with the agency, they appear to be at best ignorant of the most recent housing regulations, and at worst knowingly attempting to flout them. Following a viewing of a property with myself and four others, we were told the property was safe and suitable for legally housing 5 tenants, after which we agreed to pay a reservation fee of ~£1500. However, after having paid the reservation fee, we were then told that only four contracted tenants were required, the implication being that the fifth tenant would have to sublet from the four contracted tenants. After querying this with the letting agent over the phone, we were reassured repeatedly that the practice was standard and of no concern. Still uneasy, we made a call informing the agency that we were unhappy to proceed without a contract concerning all 5 tenants, at which point they said they would consult the landlord and get back to us. After receiving no return call, and finding the letting agent's arrangement very odd, I consulted the Environmental Health Department of Barnet Council, who informed me that the property was in fact not properly licensed for HMO (House of Multiple Occupancy) tenancies of 5 or above unrelated individuals. Barnet Council found that the case was of sufficient concern to officially contact the agency. Only after having a letter sent by the council did the agency respond, and confirm to us that the property was not compliant with housing regulations for HMO tenancies. Thankfully this invalidated the terms of our letting agreement, meaning we were able to receive a full return of our reservation fee. Without having involved the local council, it seems highly unlikely to me that they would have cooperated. Again, be very wary.

GoogleI have been a landlord of Alex Crown for many years> Its been a real pleasure working with such passionate young entrepreneurs. Very good at getting me tenants and managing a number of my properties. I use them due to their professionalism and they have a strong team behind them being so organised. I trust them inn making good judgements of character of new tenants to be . Would love to continue to see them grow as a business . Everyone needs a good agent like them.
