GoogleMy experience using this Estate Agent was truly first class. Everything from the pre-move process to the actual move itself was handled with efficiency and professionalism, and the communication was transparent all the way through. Shalina in particular was fantastic as she arranged our viewings and dealt with our queries in a friendly and honest manner. There was no pressure placed on us and at no point did we feel rushed to make a decision like we did with some of the other agents. Massive thanks to her and Oakhill on a whole.

GoogleI'm in the proceeds of renting a flat through Oakhill. Shalina showed me around the property and has been very helpful in securing the flat. She is friendly/professional and goes out of her way to help where she can. Now that the flat is secured I have been passed over to Kat who sorts the rental agreements. Kat is also very helpful and prompt at answering questions plus sorting references, tenancy agreements and any other questions I have, she has been brilliant as well. It's been a very smooth and easy process and I can't wait to get in there. Thanks for all your help guys you've both been brilliant.

GoogleReal Estate market in London is best described as a nightmare. To find a trustworthy partner one has to be plain and simple lucky. We were changing not only the home but also the country. The challenges were multifold. Only thing that stood out during the whole process is the transparency of the real estate advisor - Jusdeep, from Oakhill. We had liked a flat but had some challenges in the dates, all through Jusdeep was steadfast and provided accurate info/status. I strongly recommend and would myself like to do business with Oakhill in future as well.

GoogleIf renting avoid at all costs. We went through three or four different property managers in 3 years because people kept getting fired. It took months for them to repair our hot water, the broken shower and 6 weeks to replace the fully broken fridge. We’ve since bought (not with Oakhill) and have been sent a very nasty reply after asking what happened to our forwarded mail. Justin Is a nice guy, but they don’t have their act together. See below for example email: (note we did not ask him to forward our mail, but once he said that he had I contacted him a month later asking for tracking info because we hadn’t received it. This was the reply) Dear Danielle Please note that we are an estate agent and not the Royal Mail. There is a mail forwarding service that the Royal Mail have which you pay for. I am surprised that this was not taken out if your mail was so important to you. We do not forward mail as a matter of course and in particular with the amount that we have had to do and is purely a discretionary service. If receipt of your mail is required you need to write and inform whoever of your change of address. Kind regards, Michael Gilmour
Hi Danielle, Thanks for your feedback and sorry that you feel this way. In response to your feedback I would like to clarify that the changes in property management were due to us bringing this in house instead of outsourcing it previously, and not due to people being sacked as you thought. On your other point about delays in getting work finished this is often the case when managing a property, unfortunately the agent doesn’t have authority to get work done without the landlord consent, this is because the landlord is the person paying for the works to be done. In the case with your rental property, the landlord took some time in getting back to us, however we did do all we could to chase them up and get an early response. I also note that on more than one occasion we have been more than helpful to you, providing letters for your VISA extension and forwarding on your post at our own expense, when we take this into account its disappointing for us that you have given us a 1-star review. GoogleIn recent years I've recommended Oakhill to several friends who subsequently reported back that there experiences had been positive and successful. I felt able to do this as I've known Michael Wright, the Oakhill Managing Director for a number of years (well before he opened Oakhill Agents) and have seen the good work he does in the Old Isleworth community and the help he gives others. I knew he would bring these values into his business and I felt able to recommend the Company based on trust. As a local resident I've also been impressed over the years with the quality of their marketing. For me it's a bit more discerning and creative than most Estate Agent marketing and stands out for that reason.

The documentation and referencing process was transparent, fully online and automated and I could just do all the work from home (except the in person viewing). Thanks to Jusdeep and Emily who made all the arrangements for the move in, and for being approachable always when I needed.
