I called Oakhill estates about 5yrs ago , wanting their advice on rental property. Well for last 5yrs Justin from Oakhill has kept in touch with regular emails. So when I had an empty flat , I call Justin and asked him to come assess the flat I had which became empty due to tenant leaving He gave me lots of money saving advice. When the flat was refurbished, I asked Justin to rent it for me and he got rented within 5 days within putting it in market . Whenever I call Justin I always get him on the phone , he has a great team working on behalf of the landlords and tenants. So in future I will stay with Oakhill . Thank you to the whole team at Oakhill and special thank you to Justin for keeping in touch all these years.

If you’re a resident of TW7 you’ll be familiar with the Oakhill boards, they’re everywhere, and with good reason. From start to finish Oakhill were brilliant, James and Becky handled viewing on our property and found suitable properties for us to look at. Becky took the lead and is a brilliant communicator she thinks of everything ahead of time; Becky was always across our situation and was very easy to contact We struck gold because the house we fell for was also on with Oakhill. Becky made sure the negotiations went smoothly and once we’d committed we were able to exchange contact details with our buyers and the people we were buying from. I gather that’s quite unusual but it meant everything was so much easier. Aimee took the reins once solicitors were arranged, again the the service from Oakhill was outstanding, Aimee regularly checked in and made sure everything was on track and chased up the chain regularly. The exchange was really smooth, as was the competition. We’d have no hesitation recommending Oakhill. Our final invoice was exactly what we expected to pay which was refreshing. First class service - bravo!

I contacted Oakhill Estate Agent regarding a 2 bed flat to rent in Brentford and spoke to Vuk regarding arranging a viewing. At that time, I lived outside London and was certain that I wanted to put down an offer before viewing the property. Vuk was super helpful and friendly and arranged the earliest appointment for a viewing as I requested. He was very quick and efficient with answering any queries that I had and the process from putting down an offer to moving in was very smooth. It is by far the best service I have received from any estate agents and would highly recommend using Oakhill Estate Agents.

We sold our Isleworth flat with Oakhill in 2021. Everyone we dealt with always came across as professional and we always felt like they had our best interests at heart. Whilst on the market, James and Edd always kept us well informed, and were keen to accommodate viewing times to work around having a new-born baby in the flat! After receiving an offer, Kim was worth her weight in gold, not only with the sale of our property but with giving honest advice about our onward purchase too. There were a couple of points when we were worried that the chain might collapse, but Kim somehow managed to pull it all back together each time! It really hammered home that getting the offer is only the beginning, and the 'aftercare' provided by the agent is just as (if not more) important. Although not strictly related to Oakhill, it is worth mentioning that we went with their recommended solicitors (Woodford Stauffer) for our sale/onward purchase and are absolutely glad we did; they were competitively priced, straightforward to deal with and had great communication. Thank you for all your hard work, I am only sorry that Oakhill is based in Isleworth so won't have the opportunity to use them again in any future sales.

I have to give four star, because of the below issue I had, but I have to say this has improved a lot. The gate was finally fixed and Sousan now replies really prompt to her emails. I believe what it was needed it was a complain to make Sousan realize that she needs to make the customer aware of what's going on. Which I'm glad it worked and everything is ok now :) Jusdeep is very helpful. He is very prompt on answering emails and phone calls. Unfortunately I cant say the same about Sousan Aetekal, she is responsible for the maintenance, but she never replies to her emails on time, never let me know what going on with the issues, never advice. Simple issue as fixing a gate takes more than four months.I have to keep emailing several times to finally have an answer back which is never helpful.
