I used Oakhill estate agent to buy a flat and have to admit I'm impressed with their service. All team members are very polite and professional, always arriving on time for appointments. Their after-sale agreed service was excellent. My solicitor made slow progress, but Aimee was relentless in chasing my solicitor and the seller's solicitors to get the queries answered. Renting with Oakhill for 1 1/2 years has been a very good experience. I am now renting via Savills, and the process has been horrible. In comparison, my experience with Oakhill was fantastic from moving in to moving out. I had pets at the property and was always accommodated with any requests I made. Additionally, working full time and being a part time student left me with little time, but both Emily and Kalina have been incredibly patient with me and they were always helpful and quick to reply to emails. Overalll, renting with Oakhill has been an excellent experience and if you are looking to rent in Isleworth I really recommend them. In dealing with Harsh Mehta in particular I found him very self serving and selfish. He pushed me for arranging a viewing of property that he must be keen to sell; which I expressed was not my interest and found above budget and overprice by the agents. So after carefully considering my options, I in my good conscientiousness, decided cancelled the appointment as I did not want to waist his time and efforts … he blocked me for future viewing ! He is a bully in my opinion!!!!! All the best to company for hiring such people. There is no shortage of houses or estate agents. Absolutely disgusting behaviour!!!

When selling a property it is imperative to conduct a detailed analysis of who your going to trust with your assets... After much consideration I chose Oakhill , the local knowledge on a wide variety of topics should never be underestimated and it's a hugely important feature in the selection . Everything from local bylaws, history of the area, knowledge of the local market suitable client base and so it goes on. Well I did my research and I was indeed lucky . From the acceptance of the service the guys were 100 percent on the ball great attitude very professional absolute quality. We did unfortunately have the buyers from hell and after 9 months of hard graft from all the team buyers pulled out .. Now here's the difference. Harsh and Becky were straight on it. And two days later it was sold for asking price . They all went well beyond what was asked and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with them ..Amy who orchestrated the liaison between all parties was also outstanding in every respect ... I'm not in the habit of posting reviews but in these times when services are lacking on so many fronts it brings me great pleasure to say thank you all for your hard graft and excellent service on all fronts .You have both my thanks and my respect .. All my very best to you all Charles
