Oakhill were the right choice for my successful flat sale after struggling with a larger but less-local estate agent. Credit to Harsh and team for all the good work, but I also want to highlight the after-sale care from Sophie, who I had an outstanding experience working with. Throughout the process, Sophie was incredibly proactive; consistently chasing to maintain momentum and handling any setbacks in the conveyancing process as quickly as possible. Her communication was always clear and professional, providing helpful guidance on timelines and keeping all parties updated at every stage. Sophie is clearly a dedicated Progression Manager who goes the extra mile for her clients. I cannot recommend her (and Oakhill's) services highly enough.

We recently sold a house using Oakhill estate agents in Isleworth. We found them excellent to deal with and were happy with our choice of up estate agent. The photos that Oakhill took for the property listing were of good quality. James Hobson was initially looking after the sale. He was friendly, very knowledgeable about the area and was good about updating me on viewings and feedback from those who had looked round the house. Once we had accepted an offer on the house, Aimee Smith, Sales Progression Manager, took over to help facilitate the sale. Aimee was constantly checking on progress to maintain momentum and liaised with the buyers and the solicitors on both sides. Towards the end of the process, the buyers’ solicitor raised issues about the timing of exchange of contracts and then disappeared / became very hard to contact. Aimee came into her own at this point and was instrumental in managing to get in touch with the buyers’ solicitor and to help get the sale completed. Overall, we were very happy with Oakhill and would certainly recommend them for a house sale. Thank you to both James and Aimee.

Let a 2 bed flat with Oakhills in Isleworth via a recommendation. The whole journey from initial conversation with Jusdeep, to agreeing solo agent contract with Oakhills was without any undue sales pressure and there wasnt any pushy sales tactics to sign with them. Post signup, Oakhill kept in touch throughout the time the flat was on market, advising me of the appointments and most importantly they listened to the tenant that I wanted (keeping an eye out for the forthcoming Renters Bill). In the end Oakhill secured a tenancy within 2 weeks of the flat being in the market, with the ideal tenant profile and at the desired rent level. The comms from Jusdeep, Daria and Emily has been top notch and kept me in loop of all the steps and taking the hassle out of finding and securing a tenancy. Been a pleasure so far dealing with cosummate professionals and not some sales driven cowboys/girls! Fees well earnt so far. Will give an update 3 months in to the tenancy in Q1 2025!
