Emily and Vuk of Oakhill were, quite simply, excellent helping us find tenants for our flat in Osterley. Emily was very communicative and always responded quickly to emails and question and she and Vuk made the whole experience of findings tenants very easy and hassle free. Their flexibility and ability to read the local market helped us to get top rent for the flat and tenants were founds quickly. I cannot recommend them highly if you are looking for a customer-focused service with good communication, excellent and timely administrative support and flexibility.

After the accepted offer the link between Aimee from Oakhills Estate Agents, to both sets of solicitors was very good and we were kept updated every step of the way. I have brought, sold and rent my properties out with Oakhill for many years now. Never had any issues with tenants, buyers or sellers, they deal with everything for me. Andy Walker is excellent when it come to buying or selling my properties, he pushes for the completion as smoothly as possible. Renting, I just leave everything to Justin, he brilliant with finding me good tenants and also charge reasonable fees for plumbing and electrical engineers. They are not expensive, I think they charge a fair price for managing the property. I find that cheaper agencies doesn’t always work out so well or put in 100% into it, but hey, you only get what you pay for, right? I can walk into the office and feel welcome anytime, their cups of tea isn’t bad either! Anyway, this is one happy long term customer, here’s hoping to many more years of business dealing with Oakhill’s.

EDIT: Although Oakhill has a great team onboard, they will only collect rent and not get involved should any disputes between owners and tenants arise. Then I have to ask to myself 'what is this agency for' if it's the same as renting from a private landlord? RE: Thanks for your response, but I am afraid no-one has mentioned 'maintenance' but 'dispute' instead. These are different terms and align with the facts of the matter indeed.

Vuk was pretty fast to respond to our queries, we had some trouble with understanding when to sign the contract for our house which made us anxious but that has been sorted. All in all, I enjoyed the service, in particular the digital applications and signatures which were super fast. Only negative thing I'd say is that the proactive communication from them could be improved to keep us in the loop, as we had to chase a bit. Looking forward to move!
