Harsh Mehta and Kat Johnson have been invaluable with their help, advice, flexibility, availability and great communication so I could rent one of Oakhill properties. At beginning of September when I initially spotted that flat on Zoopla I was traveling abroad. I called Oakhill and spoke to Harsh who answered all my questions, and offered to visit the property to record a video and send it to me over WhatsApp. This was very useful and allowed me to take a decision. The referencing checks that followed went smoothly, with again good and regular communication from Harsh. Once the referencing checks were cleared Kat took over with putting in place the rental agreement, assisting with the change of name on water / electricity contracts, liaising with the landlord and answering any questions I had. Thank you again Harsh and Kat for all your help, and very happy to have moved in to this new flat.

Have let out our property with Oakhills , been nearly two years. Justin and his team have provided top class service. Met Justin who has a very pleasingly personality and is a true professional in his dealings, with him " you get what it says on the tin". No shortcuts or fine prints, everything done within rules and regs. Tenants and Landlord both treated well. Jus from sales got our house let within couple of days after going on the market,met our rental aspirations and got us nice tenants who are looking after the property. Kat with a wealth of experience has explained the contract and other important issues regarding tenancy well and got the tenants moved in without any delays.Sousan has a lot of experience in property management She is energetic in her response and proactive in managing the property. All issues resolved fast,diligently and detailed feedback given. Oakhill do charity work for the local community which shows their maturity and responsible side. My experience with Oakhill has been great. In particular, I would like to thank Harsh who helped us a lot, and did his best to make the process of renting a place as smooth as possible. Since the beginning, he has been very clear, polite and he has always responded to every query very quickly. We've been struggling for months to find a place and I feel like he was the light at the end of the tunnel, as he truly did his best to get us through the whole process and we finally did it. Also Kat's communication was very smooth and professional. Moreover, Harsh went the extra mile when the fridge was delivered to our property and we were running late, he went and took care of the delivery for us. We cannot thank him enough. *selling/buying property process I am deeply disappointed with my experience with this Oakhill estate agency. Their lack of objectivity and strongly biased approach in favor of one side was highly noticeable throughout the long process. At times, instead of providing clear and specific information, they shared irrelevant details seemingly aimed at discouraging me from withdrawing from the contract. The entire process took an unreasonably long time, with delays being justified by supposed market difficulties. However, my experience with other agencies in this same area, has shown that similar processes were completed within short term, making this explanation feel inadequate. I appreciated their quick responses to emails thats why I give 1 star. Overall, I find the agency’s one-sided approach and prolonging the process in favor of one of the parties is decisive and therefore I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.
