GoogleWe had a brilliant experience with Oakhill with recent exchange of contract and completion. As a first time buyer the process becomes stressful, so from multiple viewings to clarfying queries, they have been very professional, calm and prompt to any queries. Becky from Sales negotiation team been very helpful and she knew exactly what we were looking for and managed to get us into the property ladder. Extremely thankful to her. But the most helpful part of this process was the Sales progression. Oakhill doesn't leave it upto the buyer or seller or any another parties in the process once the offer is accepted, but they are involved up until the completion. That's what I like the most about Oakhill. Aimee from Sales progression was very helpful and ensured that everybody involved are on same page. She was transparent and prompt in communication and always ready to help resolve any queries. Although I appointed someone I know, but Oakhill is One-Stop-Shop as they can refer you to the best mortgage advisor, solictior, surveyor or building insurance providers. I will surely recommend Oakhill. They will be my first preference to engage in future for any property related deals.

GoogleReally helpful team. Recently took the plunge and got on the property ladder for the first time through these guys. Michael and the team really helped me through the whole process when I didn't have a clue. Very knowledgeable and prompt getting back to me night or day, it was a nice surprise to actually deal with an estate agent I genuinely felt I could trust. Would use again 100% (hopefully soon!!!)

GoogleEditing my below comments: Oakhill Easte Agents took initiative to clear the misunderstanding . Thanks I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this property management company. My family and I were in the process of moving into a property, and things took a turn for the worse. We paid a deposit, and were assured that everything was in order. However, just days before our move-in date, we were informed that the landlord had decided not to rent the property due to personal reasons. But I think property was given to others. This last-minute change left us in a difficult situation as we had already made plans and foregone other potential properties based on the assurances we received. The lack of transparency and professionalism in handling such a crucial matter has been distressing for my family and me. It's disheartening to feel misled and left in the lurch. I hope others can learn from our experience and exercise caution when dealing with this property management company. Clear communication and ethical business practices are crucial in the real estate industry, and unfortunately, our experience fell far short of these expectations.
Hi Sadiya, We understand your frustration, but this was completely out of our control. The landlord accepted your offer and we were in the middle of processing your move, when we unexpectedly received instruction to cancel the tenancy and withdraw the property from the lettings market. It was the last thing we expected, but the landlord revaluated her finances and found that she couldn’t afford the keep the property. I can only apologise for the way it happened and its timing, as it is very unusual. We have been as honest and transparent as possible, letting you know shortly after we found out. We tried everything we could to stop this from happening, but ultimately it is the landlord who has the final say. Hopefully you can understand, and we’d be more than happy to help you secure another property.

GoogleYay I've just exchanged contracts. Everyone I have dealt with at Oakhill whilst selling my flat have been great. Harsh and James in the sales team who managed the viewings and negotiations very well and Aimee, the Sales Progression Manager who was invaluable, calmly and clearly helping to smooth the way between buyer, seller and their solicitors - fab job! There are a few others I haven't mentioned, but I found everyone extremely helpful. (I purchased through them also and had the same good experience). So thank you to all the team. GoogleWe moved into a new house a couple of days before the first lockdown in 2020, and, as you can imagine, we were scared. But the team was extremely professional, everything was handled with care and we felt very safe. Once we moved it, all our requests were resolved in max 1 day.
