I can't thank the team at Oakhill enough. They were professional at all times. Our initial contact was with Harsh and he was knowledgeable and upfront about our sellers position, and what it would take to secure the property. Once we had an offer accepted Aimee chased the solicitors regularly, helping to move things along swiftly. The team were a pleasure to deal with and we would highly recommend them. We made the mistake of using a 'bigger' agent to begin with. They overpriced the property, sent people to view it who were actually looking for different types of property in different locations, and made little effort to sell our house. We had one derisory offer in 12 weeks - after we'd reduced the price. As soon as we could we switched to Oakhill's and within a week we'd had an asking price offer. The service from James and Harsh in the Oakhill's sales dept was great. When it came to the selling process and dealing with the legal side Aimee the sales negotiator was superb. She kept us informed throughout and dealt with our buyers requests along with our own efficiently and effectively. We were really impressed with the whole professional and personal approach. It's a big decision getting the right agent to sell your house - having one with a good local knowledge and an honest approach is vital. We learnt this after wasting 12 weeks with the wrong agent. We would thoroughly recommend Oakhill.

Oakhill - in summary a highly professional, effective and personal service. Having let my flat out for the last 20 years I’ve had varying experiences with agents in the past from mediocre (me having to address issues directly with tenants) to appalling (mistakes on paperwork / deposits or absconding with money). I approached Oakhill over a year ago based on a recommendation and have been extremely happy with their working ethos and approach. From the outset they were the most straightforward and honest when explaining the market and their competitive service versus other agents I interacted with. Since using them, every part of the service be that contracts, issue management, invoicing and general communications has been excellent - timely, efficient and professional with the use of automated process and system to engage and agree on issues being very effective. We sold our flat and purchased a property simultaneously through Oakhill. Harsh gave us a ballpark at the beginning when the transactions would be completed, but which turned out to be very accurate. We had Becky who was great on arranging viewings, and updated us on feedback. Aimee who was working on both transactions made sure things were aligned, and chased solicitors for updates.
