We last rented a property with Oakhill in September 2021 and our term ended in September 2022. It was an amazing journey renting property through Oakhill. This is best property agent I have come across and their staff have been just amazing. Would like to mention a few names with whom we interacted or emailed Jusdeep, Kalina, Kate, Emily, Sousan, Amrit. The team responds promptly to your emails. I wish Oakhill had more branches specially in London we would love rent with them . If you plan on renting please do rent a property through Oakhill they are the best.

Shalina was really great. She was professional, open and honest about the two viewings we did. Unluckily our first house fell through 2 weeks before we had to move out, through no fault of Oakhill Estate agaents just that the previous tenannts couldn't move out as expected. But what was really fantastic was Shalina was able to sort us out with a new and better place within 3 days. We are now in the new place and all is well :)

I have had the best experience ever with this letting agency. I rented the property I live at the moment with them less than a year ago. Kat was a star explaining everything in the contract, and then Sousan from the Property Management team was an absolutely savior when our main door lock failed and left half of the family locked outside the property on a Thursday evening. I have rented before with other companies and honestly I have never experience the level of attention to detail and customer satisfaction that Oakhill has provided me and my family with. Our experience with Oakhill has been brilliant. We are renting a flat with the agency and our agent is Vuk. The whole renting process has been clear, smooth and supported by flawless processes and systems. Our multiple queries about the contract have been efficiently and timely responded. We were even to work with our agent Vuk during the weekends via Whatsapp. Their inventory take is very precise and their repairs portal is very easy to use, with early response and action - the flat was patch painted and after we raised we had the whole flat fully painted within 2 days. At this point, we are very optimistic on the service we will get from Oakhill state agency and Vuk especially.
