GoogleMy husband and I have recently moved into a property managed by Oakhill estate agents and it’s been such a smooth process. We had Amrit and Emily help us out immensely from the booking of the viewing, to the signing of the contract. They were both super helpful and attentive to us with every single enquiry. In the first week we unfortunately had an issue with the washing machine of the property. Kalina promptly attended to our need by chasing up after landlord, engineer and was constantly updating us. She made the process of getting a new washing machine extremely easy and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Not only that, she is always ready to answer any questions that we have promptly. It is safe to say that everyone in Oakhill who has helped us so far, has been extremely professional and very kind.

GoogleWe rented our property out to Oakhill at the start of April 2022. I was once served by an employee who managed our property (who I won't name and is no longer there) and she was very stubborn and rude and for the fee we were paying Oakhill, I did about 80% of the work, she may as well have not been around. Now fast forward to the last 4 months I must say I more than happy to pay my estate agent fee, Kalina at Oakhill has just gone above and beyond my expectations, she understands, she helps, and she's extremely kind and is always available to resolve and issues on the phone. I hope Oakhill do pay attention to this review and keep her there for as long as possible and train up staff to follow her lead. One of the reasons we picked Oakhill over others in the area because we wanted to support local businesses over corporate giants. Overall we're really happy with the outcome. A great initial letting experience with Jusdeep to let the house out also must be mentioned in the review, he was always available late at night to early morning to answer any questions we had. Googlenever call you back, advertise properties that are already rented, poor customer service - EDITED; in response to the owner, the reason i left this review is that no one calls me to update, not even when you have properties that match my criteria, i have called a few times and not received any calls or updates, when i call the office im told the property has been let - therefore i feel my review is fully justified - maybe if you responded to enquiries from rightmove as you do reviews on google then you wouldnt get these negative reviewsNegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe last rented a property with Oakhill in September 2021 and our term ended in September 2022. It was an amazing journey renting property through Oakhill. This is best property agent I have come across and their staff have been just amazing. Would like to mention a few names with whom we interacted or emailed Jusdeep, Kalina, Kate, Emily, Sousan, Amrit. The team responds promptly to your emails. I wish Oakhill had more branches specially in London we would love rent with them . If you plan on renting please do rent a property through Oakhill they are the best.

GoogleI rented a property at TW7 7HN for 2/1/2 years. My experience with Oakhill particularly at leaving the place was horrible. I had fracture in my hand and had difficulty shifting adding to my stress, when I asked on o f the agents to help me out in inventory stuff, she was very rude and non-professional. I returned the keys and three weeks later ,I received a mail stating that garden key is missing. I asked her at time of returning keys to document and she sarcastically declined. I highly recommend to do inventory in the presence of tenants not three weeks later. I will not recommend Oakhill agents to those new to the area. I was contacted by the agent to edit my remarks. After my last discussion, I am certain about my views. If you wish to work with a professional team, definitely look somewhere else. I regret my stay at this place and renting through oakhill agents.
Ambreen, It seems Oakhill are the brunt of your frustration, even though we had no involvement or engagement in managing the maintance of your tenancy. The landlord feels that the property was left in an unacceptable condition, and an adjudication process will commence for both parties to present their evidence. A deposit is held to cover damages, and we will not be bullied to refund it without the landlords fair right for the case to be reviewed to cover the repair works required to put the property back in order. Your review is clearly frustration at the delay in receiving your deposit back from the landlord, of which has no reflection on Oakhill’s involvement with you whatsoever.
