GoogleAbsolutely no service at all.You end up doing all the enquiring about future viewers,feedback etc. Text messages to arrange viewings. No cost to Lomond Property Irvine. No updating 'For Sale' board or on website. Still saying For Sale after months being sold. £1100 to put wooden stake in the garden!!!

FacebookOn Tuesday I called and asked Lomond for a viewing at Adamton terrace Prestwick to be told someone will call you back, on Wednesday I called Lomond back as they hadn’t returned my call to be told the seller accepted an offer only a couple of hours earlier, I asked to speak to the person in charge to be told he will call you back, still waiting, not good service for a buyer and worse service for seller at Adamton terrace

FacebookPhenomenal service throughout the sale of our house. Joe gave us a great valuation for the house and a fair commission rate. Our property was marketed with the photos of the property displaying its potential. Even though we listed our house just before 'Lockdown', the team at Lomond did not stop and secured enough serious interest that when viewings were 'allowed' again, the house sale was concluded swiftly with an amazing offer. The whole process was ran smoothly with the help of Fiona and Claire in the office. I would recommend going into the office on Bank Street. If not only to see the wide array of houses available, for the exquisite and witty banter the ladies provide.
