Dear Mr West, We are disappointed to receive this review, having communicated with you on a number of occasions we indicated that the property in question had interest from other potential purchasers. Our client the owner of the property was fully aware of your interest as you had approached him both through Lomond and directly. Our client chose to set a closing date for the property as he had three parties all of whom wished to make a best and final offer on the property and we made you fully aware of this.
