GoogleLil and the team are just fantastic. I can't praise William H Brown Ipswich highly enough. From start to finish the communication was strong. An offer was agreed within 2 days after spending 3 months on the market with a local agent, and even after the sale was agreed Lil kept on top of the solicitors to make sure things went smoothly. Thanks so much everyone! Will definitely use them again!

GoogleAbbey was our mortgage advisor and she did a good job in getting us the offer. We were first time buyers, so there were too many questions but every time there would be prompt and detailed explanations from her. There was never any delays and she helped expedite things as best as possible.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleExcellent service. Graham was spot on when he valued my house and all the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. They did an excellent job with marketing my house. In particular, Elizabeth Maile was truly brilliant and even when I had found a buyer she was so hardworking and proactive to ensure a difficult chain reached exchange. Without her hard work it wouldn't have happened. I would recommend them to anyone.

GoogleBooked a viewing today, Saturday 10:30am. Got a taxi to the site. Waited until 10:45, called, they told me the car was broken, and someone else would come in 5 mins. 15 minutes after, I call, same excuse, they call me back tell me the view time is over and asked me if I missed some car. I was there since 10:15, no car came other than the owner which I spoke and had no idea that there was viewings booked. They offered me to pay the taxi fare back, I refused, I don't want their money, or any deals with them. They don't respect you, they lie, and they waste your time.

Steve was wonderful and a great help with the mortgage application, even when there was a hiccup (with the bank). Sorted it very quickly, no stress. Communication from all was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend. Thank you.

GoogleCharley dealt with the letting of my flat from start to finish and I could not have asked for more. Professional, proactive, responsive and straight to the point. From initial enquiry to tenants moving in took 11 days! This included arranging an EICR and getting the action points rectified. Will definitely use again, and highly recommend Charley.

GoogleI have LOVED working with Abbey Barwick during our house buying journey. I have never met someone so committed to getting the best deal for their client. As first time buyers the process of searching and applying for mortgages can be daunting but I never felt that once with Abbey! She literally explained everything in great detail and was patient with us whenever we had a question. I'm upset the journey is coming to an end as we complete very soon but I can honestly say the process wouldn't have been so quick and pain-free without her. So if you want to avoid the horror stories you hear when getting a mortgage please give Abbey a call.
