GoogleWe had an issue at our rental properties that needed resolving, I had several contacts but wasn’t getting anywhere, i then rang Ruth in the Ipswich office, she took charge of the situation, resolved it & updated me within an hour, I was very impressed, she’s also very polite friendly & professional to deal with.
