I would like to thank all the staff team at Northwood, Ipswich for the excellent service and support given whilst letting a flat on the Waterfront. Both the facilities and services were excellent, and I fully recommend Northwood to future tenants for the care and attention given. All queries were dealt with immediately, which made everything so easy from signing the letting agreement to finally terminating the letting contract due to moving away from Ipswich - the services and support were great, so a big thank you to all at Northwood, Ipswich.

GoogleRented a shared accommodation at Ipswich via Northwood. They provided a standard contract with images of the house. Quick to respond to issues. Provided reference for future landlords when requested. Overall a lovely experience renting via their agency.

GoogleNorthwoods have managed my property for many years now, and have been great. As I live too far away from the property myself, to deal with any issues, I need a team that I can trust to help get things sorted for me. Most recently after a tenant gave notice, I had repairs done, redecoration, and new tenants in place right away. No fuss.

GoogleAbsent staff with no real notion of what customer service is. Barry Sparks was good but Barry is not there any further. We had water leaking through our fire alarm from the bathroom for months before they fixed it, water in the light fixtures. Constant chasing for repairs, answers or references. GoogleI cannot speak highly enough of the help and support I've recieved from Lauren. I'm a first time renter and as such have little to no clue what I needed to do and got confused easily with several steps of the application for tenancy but she went out of her way to help me through the process and I believe I'm now well on my way to renting a place I'm very happy with and highly recommend both her and the company for a stress-free and straightfoward service with staff that actually care about you and your needs!!!
