GoogleHaving applied to rent a house through this agency they were useless at every stage. Quick to take our money for non exsitant searches and lied and as over reviews state above. Rented a similar property within hours through another local agent. NORTHWOOD an absolute no no in my book totally useless and rude

Worst customer service I've ever come across. Attended a viewing with an utterly miserable and unhelpful woman. I then attempted to show interest in making an offer on a property and I sent emails to express my interest which were simply never responded to. AVOID THIS AGENCY if you actually want anything done.

GoogleHad a problem with no hot water or heating in rental property with Northwood and went round to the office Monday morning. They assisted getting a specialist plumber, getting approval from owner within an hour. Had heating and water sorted same day. The service to me from Northwood has been excellent.
