Regular communication, quick & efficient resolution of questions & queries...etc., which creates trust & confidence in the company. He explained all the products I would benefit from by going through Leaders and explained each one thoroughly. GoogleAbsolutely shocking customer service! Very attentive until the day I signed my tenancy and now they've been less than helpful with everything I've enquired about. Simple things appear to be impossible to sort out, been in place 4 months and still having to chase them to sort out issues which arose on day 1! Won't be renting with leaders again!!

GoogleLeaders have been looking after our properties for a number of years and it has been a largely positive experience. When issues do arise they are resolved in a timely manner by the professional local team who are occasionally hindered by being a cog in the wider national Leaders machine. Gemma in particular is a star!

GoogleWhen searching for a property is such a stressful situation, leaders absorb all that stress to make it quick and smooth process. Haven't had any particular problems. Our agent Ariel, was so nice and polite. I couldn't recommend any other estate agent that couldn't top the fantastic customer service that Leaders have given.

Finding a good tenant is difficult but Kelsey has arranged viewing outside normal Working hours to assist where necessary.
