We bought our house through leaders in Ipswich from start to finish an absolute joke. Moving house is stressful enough but using leaders made it 10 times more stressful, lack of information and never answered there phones or returned phone calls or reply to emails unless I included my solicitor in them. The lady that was dealing with us went on holiday near the time we were looking to exchange and no one in the office would chase the solicitor for updates and said I would have to wait till she returned but did say her email was being monitored.The people we bought off used the solicitor they recommended. Well they called them selves solicitors I don’t think they knew what they were doing. It took 6 weeks for leaders to realise that the sellers solicitor had not made any contact with my solicitor even though I had been chasing for updates, they just kept getting told there were in touch with my solicitor even though my solicitor kept saying there have had no contact. Leaders Ipswich made the process so more stressful than is should have been lack of updates and not returning calls. We have been in our new house now 3 months and loving it but I get a call from my solicitor today to say the the sellers solicitor has not completed their paperwork which is stopping the land registry putting the house in our name, I tried calling leaders to let them know what I have been told and I called 2 times and left a message and again they never returned my calls. I would not recommend leaders Ipswich and would definitely not use them again or there solicitors they recommend. The solicitors have now been reported to the SRA

Our next apartment is also with leaders. Absolute criminals - they will charge you a hefty cleaning fee at the end of your tenancy regardless of how you leave your property. My property manager at the Ipswich branch, ABI GWILLIAM, was extremely unhelpful and unsympathetic regarding this. Avoid renting on PRENTICE WAY with landlords RUSSELL STOTT & TIM FERDINAND. I spent an entire day scrubbing and cleaning down the house prior to check-out and payed to have all carpets professionally cleaned. Everything was marked as clean in the check-in inventory, despite it not being clean. When I checked out, I was charged for all the staining and filth that was clearly pictured in the check-in inventory (the attached pictures are from check-in before I moved in and are classed as “clean”, which I have now been charged for). In fact, I left the house in a cleaner state to that in which I took it on! Avoid Leaders like the plague, or if you have no choice, at least take pictures and mark EVERY TINY DETAIL as unclean in your check in inventory so you don’t get stitched up like I did.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Logan from Leaders enough! He was so professional, friendly and genuinely lovely when showing me around the property of my absolute DREAMMSS. Unfortunately I wasn’t accepted to proceed, but I still wanted to leave a review because Logan was honestly amazing throughout. He genuinely cares about the people he meets and you can tell he really loves what he does. He made the whole experience feel personal and was such a pleasure to deal with. I've rented with leaders for many years but since Grace goodlad took over the harrassment and bullying that comes with her contact is unreal. She has made me extremely unwell when I've done nothing at all wrong. To the point I fear living in my home using my garden and I just want to end my life with the constant daily harrassment from her. Leaders have taken no action to resolve anything leave the property unfit for purpose and always side with landlords over tenants. Within an hour of leaving this review I was given an eviction notice! Absolute disgrace of a company. My rents always been paid and property cared for.
