YellTerrible service
My experience with this company is so bad that i wouldn't advise it to anyone i even dislike. Their response to my request for the accidential excess in rent i paid is not acceptable in my opinion. I have had messages read and ignored or have them say they are doing something about it when i don't feel confident that they are making a big enough effort. Never again.

GoogleIt was great to have a professional service offered by Chris Parker in Ipswich and Becky in the sales progression team (Emsworth). Comparing them to other estate agents we experienced when onward purchasing highlight how professional, knowledgeable and client focused they are. The chains of communication have been brilliant and they were both very dedicated to my sale. I was recommended leaders from a friend and will be recommending them myself.

GoogleLorraine who looks after the property management here is brilliant. We have a few properties with other agents and she is just so efficient and professional compared to others we’ve used. Can’t recommend her highly enough. Nothing phases her and she comes up with solutions to problems rather than passing the buck to the landlord all the time. 5 stars well earned.
