I was impressed with the way Jonathan handled everything under the current circumstances - social distancing was maintained and he kept me informed by email every step of the way. I came across a couple of small issues on moving in (electrical and plumbing) but these were rectified immediately. I would recommend Keystone for rentals.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAs a landlord we have found Keystone thorough and professional in all aspects of renting our property, unlike three other household name agents we have used with whom in every case we have returned to find damage by tenants. They (Keystone) have said we have been lucky with the tenants they have supplied, but in fairness it is more likely due to their vetting process of tennants.

GoogleWe rented through Keystone for over 4 years, and were very pleased with the service received in that time. Any issue that arose was acknowledged and (landlord agreement permitting) resolved. It's always tricky dealing with agents, who are the middle man, between tenants and landlords. We met our landlord too. We had no issues when leaving the property, deposit was returned in a timely manner.

GoogleKeystone's have sold two properties for me. The first sold really quickly and they oversaw a rapid completion. The second sale was more problematic for various reasons but they kept the plates spinning nicely, giving me honest updates & guidance throughout and played a huge part in getting the sale over the line. Thats when these guys really earn their money.
