I have just completed a very long and difficult road to selling my property which involved other estate agents before using Keystones. From the start, my experience with Keystone was different. The energy, expertise, knowledge and time that was put into marketing the property and engaging with potential buyers places Kaystone way ahead of its competitors. Jonathan and Sally have been second to none throughout the process. Their honesty, understanding, knowledge of the market, genuine care and concern and regular communication at every step of the process have ensured that I have felt supported throughout. It hasn’t been easy but both Jonathan and Sally have kept me buoyant and we are now finally over the finishing line. Keystone, and in particular Jonathan and Sally, you have been amazing and a credit to your profession-thank you.

It all started with an online valuation, next thing Jonathan going through the selling process with us. He was so helpful and gave us so much valuable advice, was very honest with the valuation and what to expect as a sale price. We sold super fast and happened to also find our new home via Keystone. I can highly recommend Jonathan, Sally and the rest of the team at Keystone for selling your home. Some agents with entice you with an overpriced valuation with a very low fee, but for one second I don't think you'd get the service that you get with Keystone. If we ever move again Keystone are the agent we'll use.

STAY CLEAR OF KEYSTONES AT ALL COST , Jonathan is not only the most arrogant man but also bully & only interested in one thing which is money money money , not bothered about the STATE of the property’s he rents out for extortionate prices .. then continues with numerous threats of eviction the whole few years I rented from him in the end of I left and as I was in the process of moving my stuff out arrived at the door one day to find a note on door they had changed the locks whilst I was removing my things. .. ANYTHING they can do to make your life complicated they will , then continued to kick of our members of the block of flats we lived in .overall I would NEVER RECCOMMEND this disgusting man to anyone . If I could give no stars I would , good luck with that cleaning though :))))

I first dealt with this Company to sell an Ipswich property that I had renovated, choosing them as a result of good advice given and excellent follow up prior to marketing with an immediate sale at a full value. I have since changed the habit of a life time and have used them as letting agents resulting in a higher rent return and more reliable tenants. Thanks to Harvey and Jonathan for their attention to detail for yet another letting.

Very rarely post reviews. Feel like I have to vent. Keystone seemed very impressive on first impression and I was going to use them until I got a recommendation from a friend for another agent. Was still impressed by Keystone until I received upwards of 10 calls in 2 months chasing for updates and shit-talking my agent choice. It was borderline harassment. I understand that it's highly competitive going up against other estate agents when you all provide the same service, but this has caused me to block the phone number and completely put me off going back to Keystone for future sales. Edit: upon reading the response to this review, I'm sad to hear the blame has been shifted to me. I'm uploading my call logs showing the amount of calls. I will correct myself that I miscounted. It was 8 calls and 1 outbound call where I told your representative "I will contact you if I wish to progress further". As you can see, after that call, I received 3 more calls, leaving voicemails chasing me to call back.

I cannot recommend Keystone enough. They were the estate agent through whom we bought our new home . It was a tricky purchase slowed by a very long probate and our solicitors being taken over by another firm which meant certain repetition of stages we had completed. Sally Gara was the most professional and empathic person involved in ameliorating tricky situation.Sally genuinely cared and looked after us despite the fact we were not paying for her services. Sally was the communicator and facilitator that kept the solicitors on track to get the process concluded. She was always available to talk to about what was actually happening and was prepared to ask questions of both parties solicitors and vendor. She showed such compassion to myself and my 92 year old mother I cannot fault her.

Been waiting over a year for my deposit back on my previous property. Deposit scheme needed proof from these guys and after a year full of calls to them and emails I have received nothing. Finally facing facts that they have STOLEN my money and I won’t be seeing it. EDIT: in response to what has been said below, the owner of keystones turned up at my new property whilst he was on a jog instead of using a email or letter to contact me. All it also took was for him to send ONE email to the DPS and they released the deposit. It took a year of persistent nagging from myself and my family to get you to send one email. Since I left my honest review of a company who took the mick out of someone in a difficult situation; ie, charging over £300 for cutting in a carpet when I had paid for a new underlay and a new carpet, just didn’t have the skills to cut it in and has since been hounding my mother to ask me to remove my review when you should be contacting me direct, not harassing my family. Overall, not professional at all and definitely deserve 1 star. And the reason I was in able to deal with it myself was due to Illness. That is something you were aware of and I find it pretty disgusting that you’ve tried to use that as an excuse for your behaviour. At the end of the day I was the customer and you were the professionals who charged crazy amounts for tiny jobs after I’d left the property and hounded myself and my family for a year after that.

Property consultant Danny, who came to the house initially, had the right amount of professionalism and friendliness and made us feel totally at ease during a difficult time. Sales negotiator Sally was our main point of contact when the property was live and was brilliant, she kept us informed at all times, is extremely efficient and gets the job done. Sally would always do her best to answer our questions and was extremely helpful, as were the other staff that we interacted with also. READ ALL... So far so good, smooth letting experience. Hoping for a good full tenancy experience. *The above was my experience when letting, however, the journey with this agent has been tough. Of course, people will be nice when they want to make sales but when real issues arise, they bolt! When I went to view the house, I was never told that the hot water pressure was low and I have to put up with whatever I find in the house. However, since over 2 years (27 months), I have NEVER had a proper shower in the house i rented, neither has my kitchen hot water come through as it should. I contacted the agent with the issue but the major feedback I am getting now is that THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT. They have advertised a house under false pretence whereas things are not working the way they should. I would not recommend an agent that won't look out for their tenant. If the issue is resolved, I will update this review accordingly.

Finding suitable accommodation for my family was the most problematic aspect when relocating back to the country from overseas. While other estate agents had simply shied away, Keystone was on hand to help despite the time difference, extra procedures and checks they had to go through for somebody who had lived aboard for many years. We just recently sold our home through Keystone. All the staff have been amazing throughout. Highly professional and friendly. Very helpful whenever there was any questions. And most importantly proactive, proactive in getting the property listed and getting us viewings and offers. My partner and I recently finished our tenancy after renting from Keystone for 3+ years. We can both honestly say we had the best experience renting from Keystone. Jonathan is one of the nicest and friendliest letting agents we’ve ever had. If it wasn’t for the fact we’ve just bought a place, we’d definitely still be renting from Keystone. Very professional and responsive if ever any issues arise re plumbing/electrical. Even the companies they choose to do maintenance on the property are friendly and always have good things to say about Jonathan and the company too.
