GoogleThe Keystone team are excellent. Having rented for the past 5 years across the region, they have been by far the best. Easily contactable and happy to help at all times. Repair requests are reviewed promptly and they are even releasing our deposit within days of moving out. If anyone is considering renting in Ipswich, I would highly recommend them for a stress-free tenancy!

They have managed the letting and maintenance of properties for me and my mum and dad over the last few years and do a really good job. They are also quick off the mark in responding to any problems as they arise - and friendly!

GoogleThey are the bigest liars ever. They don’t clean the property just let it with lots of problem. Before renting the house they promise everything will be fixed and cleaned, but when you move in everything looks same dirty and damage. But when you move out they want you build a new house for them and they dont want to return your deposit even they want you pay more money. They are ridiculous.

Hi Judit Breaking the terms of your rental agreement is not our fault and we do not hold any deposits ourselves. They are all registered with the DPS as explained to you when you took the tenancy. If you want to call the office you can on 01473 221399 to discuss
