We rented through Keystone for 18 months - the service was great and Jonathan was brilliant, easy to deal with, responsive and a great sense of humour to go with it. I would happily recommend them.

A very belated review but keystone were great! Sally and Jonathan did everything they could to manage my sale and our chain. It all went through successfully and their advice was much appreciated throughout the process.

Sally, Jonathan T and the team did a fantastic job getting our house up at the best time, with quality photos and over the line! They managed all viewings and everything was well organised and made as easy as possible for us. Thanks again guys! Highly recommend!!!

This is the second home I’ve sold with Keystone and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in future. Their honest and pragmatic approach to all parts of the sales progression process is refreshing and in my opinion, second to none.

Recently began renting through Keystone and can definitely say they have been the best agent i have dealt with before. Very responsive and quick to deal with the quirks of obtaining a tenancy agreement, and always available to help with any queries or problems. Harvey and the rest of the team were always very friendly and professional and made the whole process very easy. Highly recommend!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Our offices are managed by Keystone and we have always found Jonathon to be helpful and on the ball. And during Covid, he was more than helpful if we ever needed to delay our rent! (we were basically closed for 2 years!) I would recommend them to anyone needing Estate Management! Ian Prestige Bars and Catering Ipswich.

I'm currently searching for a new property to rent after living in a private house for 5 years and have seen some beautiful houses being rented out via Keystone - they have a knack of finding properties with character. However, the character isn't worth the fact you have to deal with a disappointingly cold, money hungry agency, being overly familiar with you when they visit your home and making rude comments about some washing up not being done (I actually cried when he left, I was shocked) and then trying to dock money off my deposit because I had to stuff a pair of clean tights into a vent that was open to the elements, leaving me and my daughter quite cold, that I simply forgot to remove (that cost me a sizeable chunk of my deposit because I remember being gobsmacked at the nerve). OH and I totally forgot about the ball-ache with the EXTREME damp problem we had in one house that didn't get resolved in any effective manner whatsoever despite my daughter's Asthma. I have since used 2 other agencies who have showed me how it's done. Sorry. I know you have to make money, but there's a way to do it. The email asking for good reviews is an indication that there's something amiss your end. People WANT to leave good reviews if you're good people and I certainly don't want to leave a bad one, but it's peoples homes and lives we're talking about here. I will say this happened maybe 6 years ago, so it may have changed.

Everyone has good and bad parts. I can definitely say that Keystone has more good parts than bad parts... no doubt. For me, this agency will remain the only one who really helped me, the others agencies was very unprofessional ...that not to say more. So no one can convince me that Keystone is a bad agency. I repeat, Keystone has more good parts than bad ones and I beleve that they help everybody, if you are fair whit them.

Most unhelpful agent I ever had to deal with. Trying everything to keep your deposit - even though the property was left in a way better state than we found it in when we moved in. Didn’t have a working shower for a whole 3 months after moving in and agent didn’t feel like dealing with it urgently, only after threatening to move out again they put some pressure on the landlord. And they seem to have given away our phone numbers and email addresses to third party companies for marketing purposes - and this even though we haven’t been their clients anymore for over 4 months. After asking them to remove from their list got a rather rude response. Would NOT recommend using this agent

I have rented through Keystone for almost 5 years now - the service has been great, very professional, try everything possible to help you without passing judgement on your circumstances - if a job needed doing this was ALWAYS completed on time either by Jonathan himself or another member of the team - upon vacating my first property my deposit was given back in a few days - as long as you are a good tenant they will respect you... treat others how you would expect to be treated... all staff have a great sense of humour and I would recommend them to anyone... they helped find the perfect rented accomadation for me, close to my daughters school, and I couldn’t be happier. Don’t listen to any negativity regarding these guys... I have tried a few agents and none of them have come close to these guys!! Keep up the good work 😊

We leave in Ipswich, 37 John street. In the end of 2012 Keystone IEA took over that property. Since than ALL thing's went BETTER. ALL our quotes was answered quick. ALL property problems was fixed very quick and in very professional mater. In the end of our tenancy agreement we forgot about our deposit paper's. Keystone IEA quickly solved problem and we get our money back. For my experience Keystone IEA and Johnatan himself was the best agency and the best property agent for me. I Highly Recommend KEYSTONE IEA. Tenant of 37 John street 2010 - 2013

We used Jonathan at Keystone a few years ago when we were looking to move to Suffolk in a bit of a hurry to start a new job. He took us to see lots of properties all on the same day in quite short notice and quickly understood our requirements. We didn’t know the area but he suggested Woodbridge and the house he found for us was perfect. Keystone were fantastic letting agents, the moving in and out process was straight forward, whenever we had an issue with something in the house it was never any problem and was always dealt with very quickly. By far and away the best letting agents we’ve ever used, would recommend them to anyone.

Have been with Keystone for 5 years and I rarely have a problem. They have always been responsive to repairs and when I call, I get a fast response. I know I can always get stuff fixed quickly. They have accommodated my needs as a disabled person. Have never had any problems with the staff or the trades people. I have never had them drop in unexpectedly as they have always sent a letter. This is my experience and I am happy so far.

My previous experience renting properties through agencies was pretty bad, poor service, slow response if any issue arose… I had to chase them many times to resolve an issue. So when I moved from Peterborough to Ipswich and have signed a contract with Keystone I didn’t know what to expect… We have rented property through Keystone for 4 years. The service was brilliant, they were honest and quick in response. We had some issues during our renting period and all was resolved pretty quick without chasing up. When we found our new home we left the property in the same condition as received, all clean & ready for the next tenant. We have received back our deposit in full. Apparently, we have overpaid £60 for the final inspection, this was pointed out by Keystone staff and returned to our account within a few days. We would not hesitate to recommend them. Great service.

Absolutely awful lettings department please stay away!! Where do I begin we had a tour aroundthe property and was told a bunch of lies by Jonathan the guy who is in charge of lettings that appliance that came with property worked they did not. Ovens fridge freezer and a fire place. Also told parking was not an issue which obviously was.Brennagh the young girl is useless complained for 6 months about things not working including damp, To be told we never mentioned it to them we have emails to prove it. They entered the house without permission to do a inspection. They told us they sent us a letter with notice but couldn't find us a copy. Overall just stay clear run by complete morons who only want Commission we moved out 2 months ago and still are having issues with them.

Goes to house when ever they want. I saw how this agent Sam walking through the garden without telling beforehand that will come, and drove over the gates. Before renting place, tells that everything will be fixed, but when move in it still looks the same, dirty and smells like ZOO! And a lot of other things which were terrible. Just couldn’t wait that day when will move out. I wouldn’t chouse this agency never again.

Me and my partner have rented a property in Weeley, Essex through the Ipswich branch and they have been brilliant. We generally couldn't ask for more as they have taken all our needs into account and have been straight to the point with no beating around the bush which is exactly what we want. They are friendly, informative and very efficient at what they do. Amazing service as they made a stressful situation into a breeze.

Just completed our move, we found Jonathan and Sally both informative, friendly and helpful throughout the process. No hidden costs, certainly earnt their fee with all our phonecalls and questions. Would recommend getting in touch for buying and selling.

Friendly, helpful and a good personal service. Especially impressed with the after sales support where they went the extra mile chasing up solicitors and keeping myself & everyone else in the process up to date/on track. Would definitely recommend.
