GoogleKeystone took £350 from my brother knowing that they would fail the back ground check deliberately taking money is FRAUD and they wont refund his money They are a dishonest agent i advise people NOT to use them They take advantage of vulnerable people by taking their money from them DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE They steal your money under false pretences

GoogleReference checks are free but they charged me £350. Wouldn't recommend and would avoid. Sneaky and sly sales persons. How can you expect to get paid commission for doing nothing? I came to the estate agents to rent a property, they just showed me a property and think they deserve a commission. Haha funny funny....

GoogleTried Keystone for my flat sale over a 16 week term. Unfortunately they didn’t manage this (although we did have a national lockdown for more than half of our term). Communication was quite good throughout the term and they did try video tours when lockdown occurred.

GoogleWorst agency ever. Don't trust them. You'll never see your deposit back. Thieves. They keep going into 'your' house, anytime when they wan't, they never give a notice about it. They just step in without a single knocking on your door. This is quite disgusting, bad habit. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
