GoogleWe definitely recommend the team at Keystone. A friendly, efficient and professional estate agents. They made the selling process relatively easy and we sold our house in record time. They were always contactable by phone or WhatsApp. If we decide to move again we will definitely use them. We have already recommended them to friends who have sold their house very quickly

GoogleCowboys of the estate agent industry. Rent out properties barely fit for living and then taking unnecessary money from the deposit but after dealing with them your grateful to receive any money back what so ever! Not so sure why the owner acts like he is above everybody else when he receives all this negative feedback..... Awful stressful experience, glad to be with a different estate agents now.

GoogleI’m unable to fault Keystones performance throughout the ordeal that moving home transpired to be. Communication was effective, regular, always on point and simply honest. My scenario was a purchase through Keystones and their professionalism out shone my agency to the point of near embarrassment. Following a complex tangle of solicitors, banks and agents, I must commend and express gratitude to Sally who provided a driving lead throughout the process and aided personal sanity to no end. GoogleThey deceived me. They changed the conditions in the process and took some of the holding deposit. He insisted it was my fault, but they changed the conditions during the process to what suit him.

GoogleWe have recently purchased a house through Keystone and although they weren't our estate agents they were extremely helpful in pushing the sale forward, keeping us up to date with each stage of the sale , over coming hurdles and liaising with solicitors etc... Jonathan (who was very helpful) was our main point of contact but when dealing with other members of staff they were all helpful and courteous.
