The colleagues within itself at the company are very informative and helpful. But don’t state rules on refunded deposits very clearly. I’m very upset with the way things have turned out with Keystones due to my partner and I wanting to rent/buy our first home together and read so many good reviews- we saw the negative ones and decided to dismiss that and make an assumption of our own. We are very upset and disappointed with this. We don’t have hundreds and hundreds of pounds to throw out the window at the moment and feel as if we’ve been taken for granted as we are “vulnerable” in this situation due to being young and first time buyers/letters. This has been a very stressful situation for both myself and my partner and has made us worry now about putting down future holding deposits.

Jonathan and the team have been great. Everything was processed efficiently and Harvey was always available to answer any questions we might have about the rental process. Any repairs or routine maintenance for the property was carried out quickly and with minimal disruption, with Harvey, Mark and the team acting quickly on anything raised. Danny & Jack have been great. Keystone haven't been at all pressured in their approach and it's been such a refreshing change! Jack was really genuine on each viewing we had with him and Danny was really personable and approachable on the phone to both my husband and I. Brilliant service - we still haven't found a house quite yet but we won't hesitate to check out what Keystone has first and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future based on our recent interactions with them. We just recently sold our home through Keystone. All the staff have been amazing throughout. Highly professional and friendly. Very helpful whenever there was any questions. And most importantly proactive, proactive in getting the property listed and getting us viewings and offers. Then once sold proactive in ensuring that the sale went through quickly and efficiently by giving weekly updates and chasing the solicitors where necessary! I’d like to express my gratitude to all the staff and a strong recommendation for Keystone as agents. In particular Danny who quoted us and did our pictures and particulars was very professional and patient in answering all our questions as first time property sellers! In January 2015 I viewed 2 of Keystones 2 bedroom flats the first was the one I got and the second was the one I wanted on the waterfront. There was some issues why I was unable to rent the waterfront property and generously Keystones allowed me to rent the first property I viewed at a cheaper rate to that advertised. I remained a tenant of Keystones officially until mid july of 2017, but handed in my one month notice end of may. Due to family issues I had to break my tenancy early was suppose to be up in the august. Keystones was so understanding and didnt make any issues for me, despite ending my tenancy early I recieved my full deposit back with no issues. Would highly recomend renting with Keystones they are quick, understanding and flexible. P.S. I had to change the date I paid my rent on a couple of occasions and there was no issues, when I needed anything to be sorted with the flat if I had any issues Keystones was there the same day.

I cannot fault this company, we have rented two properties from them with a time span for both properties of 7-8 years. Their staff are polite and efficient, the tradesmen they use are prompt, clean up after themselves and are always helpful. If ever we were in a position of needing to move we would always ask them to find us a new house. We both feel very lucky to have been looked after by Jonathan and the team especially Sam who is our contact point for our property. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Only giving a star so I can actually write the review because this company is beyond disgusting. So many issues the word count isn't enough, but the biggest being that they served us notice as our landlord put the property up for sale mid tenancy. When I gave them verbal notice, I explained that as I was pregnant, I would need to be out by the date of our tenancy agreement so we could be settled before baby's arrival. This was made out as acceptable until the owner/director decided it wasn't and wanted some more money from us. He tried to make out we were liable for rent (and council tax) until the end of the section 21 notice, which we weren't. As we had a fixed term tenancy, we didn't even need to give them notice! To top it all off, one of the sales agents threatened me when I was alone and heavily pregnant in my home. This company is unprofessional, chauvinistic, menacing, threatening, rude and unjustifiably arrogant. Jonathan Tricker is the worst person you will ever come across, he has no professionalism and is the worst one of them. To top it all off, the only positive reviews are from their staff! Vaida works in rentals and Jonny Web works in sales (and happens to be the one who threatened me). My recommendation would be to use anyone else but this company. If you do have the misfortune of using keystone, get ALOT of legal advice before, during and after.

Used their services in the begining of the year and what a catastrophic service. The lady who dealt with my renting was very unprofessional and rude during all process. They set up the first direct debit wrong and guess what, had to pay fees for that. Do please keep away from this agency. They will do their best to make the process of renting as more difficult as possible. Also the gentlemen in charge Mr Jonathan was able to email me saying that I should provide them with my new address after leave the property which I refuse and guess what ? He was able to send email saying that if I didn't had a address was because I was leaving in a box. ☹ absolutely disgusting. Couldn't believe it. Anyway I end up to lose my deposit and had to pay the fees for the initial mistake they had created. Please be aware. I won't recommend no one to use their services
