GoogleThanks to James Vivian my 6 bed HMO was let efficiency and with minimal complications. It was with another agent which has the property for 3 months but only managed to let 3 rooms. James is service was execellent and always very attentive.

GoogleWe put our house up for sale with Haart and within 3 weeks they had sold it, during the time between agreeing the sale to completion I was given regular updates by Zoe, when I rang her, she was always helpful and returned calls promptly. As our property was in a chain it became difficult to get all parties to agree on a completion day and for some solicitors to act promptly, Zoe when above and beyond to ensure that the chain did not collapse.

Her dedication to ensuring that all maintenance issues were swiftly resolved and her exceptional customer service truly stood out. The 5 stars are for Jodie’s amazing professionalism and care!
