We have found haart lettings to be very efficient and helpful since we started using them 6 years ago to deal with our property being let. Any time we have had any issues, such as repair work, maintenance and Safety certification they are on the case straight away. Recently we have been dealing with Betinna in sorting out some problems and she has been a great help in getting things done quickly, well, and without a fuss. Very pleased with Haart lettings. Would definitely not recommend Haart for anything. I enquired about viewing a property and said which times I could be called (my lunch break, before work and after work (I'd hardly say this was an unreasonable request)). I was REPEATEDLY called outside of these times and left voicemails asking me to call them back. I would call back each time to go through the same silly process of being told the appointments team will call me back. This happened on about four separate occasions and each time I had to give all my details which is incredibly frustrating. I eventually emailed in saying I had tried calling and was just outright not being listened to/ignored and was then contacted by text message which was absolutely fine (I had also expressed this could be a method of contact as well as email but this was totally ignored). We were then due to view a different property through Haart as we ended up viewing the original property I enquired through another estate agent. I cancelled this viewing as we had made an offer on a property. Of course, you'd expect no further contact about either properties but I received two text messages saying they had tried to contact me and to call them back which when I asked why I received this I was told it was a "previous reminder in the diary". Overall a very inefficient company and I will definitely not use in future.

I was very disappointed with the company who sold my late mother in laws house. There was no communication and I had to chase everything up or I would never have known what was happening. Neil and Callum seemed to have no communication between themselves either. Altogether was not an experience I would like to have again so I would recommend that others should go for another estate agent.
