I would rate Jodie, the agent assigned to my property, very highly, as she is always quick to answer emails and answer the questions and concerns that come up including maintenance and other miscellaneous things. Overall I am also reasonably satisfied with the management by Haart. My main 'management' complaint would be visits which have not been scheduled in advance: when these do arise, the visitors do apologize and give the option to reschedule, but it is a bit jarring nonetheless. I also think the ad for the property could have made the number of occupants of the shared house more clear, as this could have affected my decision to rent given the facilities and just overall size of the house. Concerning the property itself, I am not sure of the extent of the involvement of Haart in the recent remodel and furnishing of the apartment but I would not say it is of the highest quality. However, the price of rent is very reasonable. The number of occupants in my shared housing seems a bit excessive for the facilities (small kitchen, including a very small refrigerator, 2 full bathrooms) for 5 occupants, but it has been manageable given our differing schedules. Again, the quality of the furnishings is not great, but I was quite pleasantly surprised to find the property was rented pre-furnished, so this hasn't bothered me. I am disappointed there is no real communal space, as these have been turned into additional rooms for rent, but I assume this has translated into a lower rent, as again, the rate was quite reasonable. However overall, the property itself does seem to be as advertised, and the appliances have all functioned well and I am confident Haart/Jodie would promptly address maintenance issues if they did/do arise. I would say overall it isn't 5 star accommodation, but for the price, it has been a solid deal and I have been happy with Haart, and very impressed with Jodie's attentiveness.
