I came across the most stunning property and I immediately emailed the contact on the video, when I didn't hear back after a few days (hence the one star missing), I called up instead and was put through to a different agent from the one I emailed and it was super smooth from then on. Neil Duhaney was super helpful, answered all my questions, showed me around. And of course Corinne Reed, Even when one was away the other would pick up so I never felt like I was being left to the side or forgotten about. Though I didn't get the property in the end which I'm gutted about, my experience with both Neil and Corinne was definitely 5* / top notch!

Purchased a house through these guys, unbelievably bad. Communication is next to non existent, putting an offer in was just arduous. We had our own mortgage broker but they insisted we had to see there's (which you don't have to with valid mortgage AIP, funds demonstrated etc.). When we refused this they then tried to make us see the broker to give ID, another tactic to get us to have a mortgage appointment. There were many reasons we didn't use these guys to sell our property and this also seemed to hinder us when offering. Not one phone call from them with sale updates, didn't even contact us once the sale had completed. The only phone call we did receive was someone asking if they could market our house for sale! Just target driven to the point where common sense and decent service goes out of the window. Thankfully our seller was very friendly and amenable, just a shame they had to pay for that "service". Avoid if you can.

I would recommend Haarts, Ipswich to anyone wanting to sell their property. Matthew Jacques dealt with my sale and did a brilliant job. Plus all the other staff were really helpful and totally tried to sort things out in Matthew's absence. They have a wide database of people wanting to buy property's and go out of their way to get as many viewings as possible.

Jake is our property manager and he is just fantastic. We had to arrange an appointment to have our gates treated and in a few short messages everything was arranged nice and smoothly. Nothing is ever an issue and he always not only responds to queries quickly but proactively seeks resolutions where necessary. He has also helped me liaise with the sales team which will hopefully result in an investment purchase.
