We recently bought our first home through haart Ipswich, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. Bettina manages my property through Haart and she has been amazing. My first year of having my property managed and it completely flooded while I was abroad. Bettina made me grateful that I had full management because she handled everything perfectly even when I was losing my head at times. I had bad experiences with estate agents in the past but Bettina worked really hard managing my property when the chips were down and there were months of numerous calls and emails that Bettina handled and kept me updated with. I could not have managed the property myself without Bettinas help ! 10/10

Myself and my girlfriend had been looking for a new home for a while with no luck. We then found a house that we felt would suit us perfectly however were anxious given our experiences looking in the past. After calling Haart to enquire a gentleman called James began the process with us. Within a few days the let had been agreed and James had expertly guided us through the process. He was exceptionally efficient, informative and available to answer any and all questions we had. We also found James to be very polite and full of energy, qualities to be admired! James is a really assest to Haart letting agents and I sincerely wish him well for the future. I am sure he will make his way up in the business rapidly, he certainly deserves to be commended for all of his hard work.

The 5 stars is purely to represent to service I was provided by Zoe Haynes at Ipswich, 5 stars defiantly does not represent this company. In the process of buying a house which was marketed through Haarts Ipswich the initial stages could put you off moving house for life! To top it off, the staff member we was allocated initially to progress the sale was rude, passive aggressive, dishonest and never kept to his word. Things completely changed one day when Zoe gave me call to advise she was taking over our case and wanted to restore our faith after we had raised a complaint. At first, I wasn’t sure to believe this due to the continued terrible service we had received. However, from start to finish Zoe kept to her word and was truly amazing! She was the only person who was honest and wanted to help us. I can’t thank or praise her enough, her service is amazing and one her colleagues should absolutely learn from. Zoe went above and beyond, provided me with regular updates and helped us through every step of the way. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves as without her we would have absolutely have walked away from the sale. Thanks again Zoe, we truly appreciate every you did for us! Jessy & Dan.

Every person we have spoken to at Haart Ipswich is a true proffessional that understands their business, listens to your concerns and delivers the solution and service you need. Went for a viewing with Jahrul Mahbub today and it needs to be said it was possibly the best experience viewing a property me and my partner have had so far. His personality and demeanour really shone and made the entire process very enjoyable. The way he acted with our 2 year old son was second to none, he took him by the hand and made our son a large part of the viewing by showing him around aswell (he even ended up on all fours playing 'high fives' at one point) would highly recommend Jahrul to anyone looking to buy or rent a property.

I am a first-time buyer and the sale completed recently. Haart estate and letting agents Ipswich was the estate agent of the property. And they are magically good. I would like to mention the name of Neil Duhaney in this review. He was the estate agent for this sale. I would like to highlight that his efficiency is beyond question, professionalism is remarkable and the way he handled the case is an excellent example of competency. None of my email to him ever remained unanswered. Whenever I called him with queries and confusions, he listened to me carefully and patiently, and addressed all my queries professionally with accurate information. If he was not available and I left a message for him, he always called me back on the same day. He never gave me false hope and he never hid any fact from me. He did everything in his capacity to complete the sale as soon as possible. If you are a first-time buyer and your case is with Neil Duhaney, I suggest you can have your good night sleep because in his watch, your dream will be safe and be surely fulfilled. I don’t know how to thank him properly. Without him, I would not be able to buy my dream home.

I'm sorry, I have got to edit my review! Don't get me wrong Paul Deex is still a top top bloke! My issue is that some of your staff do not keep to their word. When you say you will keep someone updated the decent thing to do is keep them updated, Regardless of what's happening. It's been over a week now being told you will call me tomorrow after me having to chase you guys each day Just to be told, seller this, seller that! the seller wasn't the one that said they would keep me updated. Not professional and not good customer service.
