My husband, father-in-law and I would like to express our thanks to each person in the Abbotts Ipswich team, Tim, Leon, Dale and Nicole for their help and understanding with the sale of my father-in-law's property, and search for a suitable retirement home for him to purchase. All four are polite, genuinely helpful and interested in seeking the best deal for my father-in-law, who is age 85, with limited mobility and limited hearing. Their approach has been professional and understanding throughout. They have taken their time with us, and not rushed my father-in-law or ourselves into making any quick decision, and have each done what they have said they will do. This has been a huge help to my husband and I. The photographer commissioned to take photos of my father-in-law's property has also done a grand job. Thank you very much to Tim and his excellent team.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR RENTAL SERVICES. I have tried over 25 times to call through to the lettings department. They are under staffed, they do not answer the phones. If you are lucky enough to get a call back from anyone you get a poor attitude 0% customer service and the manager Damian as about as useful as a chocolate tea pot. No replies to countless emails and answer phone messages. Do yourself a favour and go with another estate agent as you will be paying for a service that you will never recieve.

I did put an offer for a property with Abbotts, I've asked to provide decision in principle which I did and again I was asked to see their mortgage advisor with all the documents if this is correct. My mortgage broker is from a renowned company, I've provided my mortgage advisor phone number email etc. Still sales negotiator wanted me to go with all the documents. I found they are too pushy and they do not believe the paperwork I've provided. They think they are better then other estate agents in Ipswich. If you have to buy or sell via them, I would advise to avoid them.

I am honoured to have this opportunity to do a review I have been with Abbotts for a while now, I can truly say that Damian and Jessica have been the Best Agents ever from the first convo with the Agency they made me feel like we had been friends forever, The setup seemed to be so frustrating and they continuously reminded me not to worry and all will be fine and as promised it was GREAT when I moved in everything was smelling nice it was soooo clean, I appreciated that both Damian and Jessica for the first few months kept in constant contact to make sure I was well and comfortable. To date both agents make sure I'm still comfortable and deal with any concerns that are bought to their attention almost immediately. I AM PROUD TO CALL JESSICA SAYER and DAMIAN BROWN the BEST AGENTS a LANDLORD could EVER have to MANAGE their PROPERTIES.. HAPPY TENANT BEAUTIFUL HOME.

Time wasters, as long you want to rent they will be nice and polite. My problems starts end of my tenancy, I've tried to contact agent multiple times, he ignored all my messages, emails, phone calls. I had to find out myself that he has moved to Ipswich branch. All problems I had with the house has been ignored and forgotten. He didn't turn up for appointment, didn't pick up the phone again, I've tried to contact branch, they didn't get back to me. I'm moving out, I wanted to do inventory check and hand over. I would give 0 stars but ain't available.

Abbotts have been managing the letting of my property for a few years now and mostly things have been run very smoothly. Abbotts approached me a couple of weeks ago regarding two minor issues the tenant had. After I told them that I would like them just to go ahead and sort small jobs without the need to run it by me first, Olivia effeciently organised the two minor repairs without needing to come back to me through every step of the process. This helps keep my tenants happy, gives Olivea more job satisfaction and stops me being a bottleneck in the smooth running of my property.

I came to the Ipswich Abbott's branch seeking a rental property, I had just reloaded from Australia and was in desperate need to find a rental property for myself and family. Jessica and Damian in the lettings team were exstreamly helpful and answered all of my questions. Being new to the area and never rented before I was very confused about the process - the team at Abbott's helped me throughout the way and one year on I'm still in my rental property that they found for me. My landlord goes for a fully managed service which is also very convenient and professional. Definatly an agent I will stick with.

Absolutely the worst Estate Agents I have ever come across. Went to view a property with them today and they did not turn up so I rang them. The agent replied that I had not been booked in - lie. Then I said that I had traveled for 90 minutes to view the property so could someone come to the property and show me round and then he lied that it had been sold. Disgusting. You have been warned.
