GoogleRight from the start, Abbotts and in particular Ryan were brilliant, extremely helpful and patient, helping and explaining the process, making it easy. Nothing was too much trouble, and any questions, were quickly answered, quite often by phone, which I think makes it more personal and made me feel more valued. GoogleDO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT. Absolutely the worst Estate Agent. 'Damien was useless as the Lettings Manager. He ignores all correspondence and is NOT willing to help with any issues. Does not even deserve one star. Considering you pay over £2000 in charges to move into the property you end up doing the most of the work yourself!!!!

GoogleSelling my house with another agency. Today get a call from Abbotts, asking me "how it's going." I enquire if I'm with them, and they admit that they know that I am not. They give the name of the agency I am with. I then ask them not to call again. The salesman ignores this and is still talking as I end the call. Yuk.

The purchase went through smoothly and I thank Harry for his partin that. I wouldn’t hesitate to engage Harry again for future property purchases or sales.
