Great experience in buying our first home. We were tenants with them and the process was exactly how it is was described it would be. Check out of rented property was good and their mortgage adviser helped us with our purchase, Chris at HNW assisted with our legals and the sales staff were polite and always returned calls or emails even the most trivial things. **UPDATE 30 April 2026** Hi Tommy, the gas engineer advises me that the boiler has been fixed and the vendor will be paying the invoice. We apologise for any inconvenience but as mentioned previously we are not gas engineers and there wouldn't be in a position to sign it off as your review states. With very best wishes. The key handover was not really pleasant as I have to go to the office to collect it, the signboard *for sale* was not removed until few weeks after I moved in to the property. I still have to go back to collect other spare keys after 2weeks.I suggest hand over of key to a property should be a memorable experience for any client(s).
