GooglePlease don't send me unsolicited text messages especially at the weekend and to my personal mobile number. I reported this to you and told me they would stop. Again today I've got more text messages. It would also appear you've shared my data with another linked company without my permission. Some serious GDPR issues here. I've called your switch board and it says no one is available to take my call. I rang the mobile number on the text messages and no one picked up. Get the basics right of picking up your phone calls before you start embarking on ill thought out marketing systems that clearly don't follow GDPR.

FacebookTerrible estate agents. They are rude when they speak to you on the phone. They charged us for fast tracking our checks and we were last in the chain to get them back, took even longer than the standard time. Never got an apology. They do very little to actually help sell your house, there only solution is to just keep lowering the price. We asked for our house to be featured on their social media page relentlessly, to spark interest page and they couldn't be bothered. We were ignored from start to finish.

GoogleAbsoloutely disgusted and dissapointed in Michael Poole ingleby barwick to continue selling a property on behalf of someone who accepts an offer and then rejects it later on. In short. I placed an offer on a house which was accepted. I had asked Michael poole to remove the property from the market and list it as sold STC. They spoke to the "vendor" who had said no. They were not willing to do that. "alarm bells" started ringing but I continued in good faith to be patient. Michael Poole give me some bs reason as to why they believe the owner had not agreed to the listing being removed but we all know the real reason. After listing our home for sale. We recieved a call from Michael poole stating how the vendor wishes to remove it from the market because they couldn't find anywhere within their budget. However, after further communication with Michael poole they have stated to me "The vendor have since asked me to keep the property on the market but have said that they need well in excess of the asking price". Well why did they mess me around and accept my offer. Why not just state on the listing what they genuinly wanted. I genuinely cannot believe Michael poole is STILL willing to sell a property on behalf of someone who agrees a price in writing and then just pulls it away because they want more money. Disgusting. I have a number of various properties around the North East and can promise you now I will NEVER do business with Michael poole again.
