GoogleThe staff at Your Move have a friendly can-do attitude. Especially Rebecca who is extremely helpful and cheerily looks after clients’ needs. She is clearly passionate about her job and goes the extra mile to make things happen. I would recommend Your Move Ilkeston, and particularly Rebecca, despite her questionable singing!

GoogleUntil yesterday I would have happily given them 5*. Sadly I cant justify giving more than 2* now. Property management service is a big let down. Poor communication, Lots of Hidden costs.Our fault for not reading the small prints and now strongly feels that I should not have put my trust into them. But everyday you learn something and move on. Will I use them for my next project may be for Letting the house but never for Managing it after. Ankur & Mandeep

GoogleWe came to Your Move following a very difficult experience with our previous Estate Agent who had made us a lot of promises but failed to deliver on them. Your Move sold the after a month. Their staff are always courteous and helpful. Also they always respond to messages which is very different to our previous Estate Agents. They kept us updated on the progress of the sale and our buyers said that they were more helpful than their own Estate Agents. The only negative comments I would make is to say don't use their solicitors- Premier Property Lawyers who I would not recommend. Fortunately we were able to leave them as we had not signed the contract so we used a local solicitor instead who was very good.

GoogleVisited Your Move in Ilkeston to get some mortgage advise as Martin had been highly recommended. Great service received, all staff were very friendly and couldn't of helped more. Martin kept me fully up to date throughout the process and I will be returning in the future. Thanks again for all your help.

GoogleUse this estate agent at your peril! Poor communication. Staff who are abrupt and close ranks. Property I bought was clearly missold and incorrectly advertised i.e. sold as ideal starter home. It has proven to be an overpriced project only suitable for buyers with spare cash for renovation.NegativeQuality, Value
