I purchased a house in Kirk Hallam through Your Move, and it was quite a lengthy, difficult process. Your Move was great in keeping in touch, chasing, getting back to me, and doing everything to speed up the process. They were also helpful in letting more than one tradesman in to provide me with quotes leading up to exchange, and was happy for me to do return visits to view the house again on the inside. I want to give an extra shout out to Lorna who has held my hand through the process. Thank you! Edit: I am now back, and Rightmove is selling the very same house for me. They have honestly been so amazing from start to finish, I have no need to engage or even look for any other estate agent. The photographer they sent out took some amazing pictures, and more importantly, came in wearing mask and gloves without having to ask. Professional, but with a personal feel. Thank you all. 💚💚💚

Bought a property through YourMove, they were always very friendly, quick to respond and communicated clearly and efficiently. Had some difficulty with my solicitor not being the most pro active/best at communicating but they were very understanding and did what they could to help push the sale along. Good use of virtual tour when I first viewed the property and good use of the Mio app which helps keep in touch easily through the sale. BEST ESTATE AGENT OUT THERE!!!! Highly recommended! From the second I spoke to Your Move on the phone they were very friendly and professional. I met Abbie who valued my house and was extremely helpful (especially compared to other estate agents I have experienced). All my questions were answered and was given more information on the buying and selling process. I felt so comfortable with Abbie and Your Move with the way they dealt with me unlike a previous company where I felt very pressured. Not only did they get me some great photos and gave my house an impressive write up, they managed to put my house on the market immediately and the for sale sign was up the next day which also generated alot of attention. My wife and I had our house appraised by Abbie and swiftly put on the market. Our property brochure and description were excellent. We had 14 viewings and sold for over the asking price in 14 days! These are the best Estate Agents I have ever used and deserve an award for their professional service. The staff worked together tirelessly as a team and have been outstanding at assisting us with every step of the sale using fantastic communication and paperwork skills etc. Alison, Abbie, Emma, Rebecca, and Nikki were happy to answer our many questions. Wanted to buy a property a few weeks back and went for a visit hosted by Phoebe who didn't know the property. She mentioned it while showing us the inside of the property and had no idea about the outside space. She advised that she will find the information and let us know ASAP which obviously never happened. We place an offer without knowing exactly what we were buying and we did so at a lower price so we can leave space for negotiation. We had to push and chase for property details and also for the offer outcome just to be told that our offer was too low and with no scope of further negotiations. At that point we raised a complaint with Chloe against Phoebe and the branch's lack of professionalism but guess what... Apart from a discussion in a branch meeting and a phone call from the branch manager trying to put the blame on anything else but the agent, nothing else happened. Do not expect anything good from these guys. They will just act based on commission and will not work in the seller's or buyer's advantage!!!

Can not fault the team at Your Move Ilkeston. The team, and in particular Rebecca who has been fantastic throughout the sale process, have gone above and beyond and kept me fully informed throughout. I have just sold a house via the Your Move Ilkeston team. They were really fantastic all the way through. I had already been on the market for 4 months with another local agents, who were absolutely awful. I went to Your Move and spoke to Alison (the manager) about the problems I had had with the other agents. She understood and I felt reassured that going with Your Move would be better. I was absolutely right. Alison and her team work tirelessly to sell my property, one sale fell through at the last minute due to the buyer pulling out, Alison and her team kept me constantly informed of what was happening, they were honest with me and they were back on it immediately... I sold again within 3 days. Rebecca was on the ball chasing up the sale with solicitors... they really were brilliant. I cannot put into words how grateful I am for their hard work.
