I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Haart. The issue began when I specifically asked if the property had a kitchenette, and I was told "Yes 🙂" when it clearly did not. This shows a lack of proper property inspection and transparency. Using terms like "house share" or "ensuite" would have clarified the situation, but instead, I was misled from the start. Additionally, you failed to disclose that the other property was subject to an early leaver, a critical detail that I would have declined upfront to avoid wasting time and waiting for my holding deposit. To make matters worse, the information provided during the last viewing was inaccurate, with misleading details in your email about the property. I spent money for cabs to go and come back from these waste of time viewings and took time off work for noting. Izel claim to have helped me is absurd when the assistance provided was based on incomplete or incorrect information. If withholding key details and misleading clients is your version of help, I want no part of it. This wasn’t an issue of things being "out of your hands"; it was a clear lack of knowledge or willful neglect to provide me with accurate information. Simple as that!

Hi, My journey with Haart so far from the day we had the first viewing of the property has been exceptionally good. I couldn’t ask for more than what I’ve had so far!!! I’m a first-time buyer and was in a panic mode thinking about how my experience would be the reason I say this is because I’ve been to a different agent and their level of commitment wasn’t up to the mark (compared to Haart). Mr. Raheel Ahmed had been very helpful and is updating me about the progress of this purchase frequently. I’m very much happy about the service I’m receiving from Haart so far. Below are the points I would pass on to my friends based on my experience. Haart: 1. Cares for both party in closing off the purchase at a reasonable price. 2. They tend to understand what we need, what would suit our budget and arrange viewing accordingly I was so pleased that we managed to find a property that suits us. 3. No hidden clauses. (Ahmed Chughtai) Mortgage advisor was clear in what we would be doing and in what I should be focused on and even explained to us with all possible cases. As said before he was the BEST compared to my previous experience with other agents. 4. The Agents in Haart were co-ordinated so much that almost everyone knew about the status, so I need not depend on one agent. Saying that the assigned agent for this property was spot on in passing information\ updates. 5. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the service we have received from Haart Ilford. Ridwan was exceptionally good because he ensured that we were well informed, chased solicitors for us and wasn't overpowering by keeping moderate contact with us. As first time buyers, the process can be daunting and Ridwan helped us in the initial stages right through to the end and kept a good rapport with us. When he was not around, he ensured his colleagues were updated of our status in the house-buying process. Although Ridwan was assigned to us, we were also in contact with Miten, Jaz and Raheel who were lovely and always endeavoured to help us. We had never felt like we were a burden upon them for asking stupid questions. As such I highly recommend this estate agent, constantly professional and go out of their way to help you. I know a few other estate agents and they definitely were not even nearly as nice and warming as Ridwan. I will certainly be recommending Ridwan in the future to prospective house buyers.
