I would like to say a big thank you to Haart Ilford especially Jagdeep for the excellent service and helping me complete the dream move. Jags was excellent, he is professional and knows what he is doing. Both viewings were accompanied by himself and I was pleased to meet jags. He understood our requirements and showed us around the house telling us about the area and what to consider and because of Jags we were able to fall in love with the house we viewed twice and bought it. Jags was also keeping us up to date about the whole process via email and phone, keeping in touch with the solicitors and seller. He was always there when we needed to contact him. We have recently sold our house through Haart of Ilford. Gero was our main contact with Riz and the rest of the Ilford Team as backup. The experience has been a delight and well worth the fees involved as Gero in particular was super-efficient in keeping us updated on all aspects of the transactions. This even included communicating with the various estate agents involved with the property that we were buying. Nothing was too much trouble for Gero and his team to deal with. FAKE REVIEWS? Nearly all the 5 star reviews are written by people with only 1 review in their entire history. It would appear that they were so moved by a simple viewing, it was so life changing, that they took it upon themselves to create a Gmail account and post a 5 star review. Which is something they had never done prior and have never done since. All the things they must have come across in their adult lives, yet it was only Haarts estate agents that moved them to write a review. Their one and only review and its a 5 star rating for Haart estate agents. Bravo estate agents of Haart. When you are not working, which is most of the time, you are likely writing reviews to praise yourselves. BRAVO.

Through a series of circumstances, the sale of my late mother's property has been a complex one. It has involved lease extension application, probate, repairs to the property, dealing with the managing agents including illness to the managing agents lead staff member amongst other issues. Haart, especially Gero, have been very professional with an extremely good personal touch, making me feel like a valued 'customer' throughout. They have kept me informed at all times whilst remaining calm, supportive and offering sound advice. Their understanding of the market in relation to the property has been of the highest level and their efforts have exceeded my already high expectations. It has been a good experience with them working on my behalf. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Haart provided an excellent service and support to purchase our property. The property was on sale on with two agents in Ilford; however they did not take us seriously, however Gero at Haart did and also got our mortgage sorted out quickly via Ahmed at Just Mortgages. Rizwan was superb; he always kept us updated and was very proactive on chasing the Solicitors. He always responded to any queries we had in a timely manner. I would recommend Haart over any of the other agents in Ilford.

Excellent service. Although Haart are slightly more expensive than other local estate agents, they are definitely worth the extra cash. I chose Haart as Jazz replied to emails and other communication almost immediately. As an overseas owner, I felt reassured that she would handle the sale of my property with care and diligence. She did not let me down! Jagdeep was also very efficient and supportive. They both dealt with queries in a professional and timely manner. Our house sale took seven months to go through, which was no fault of Haart but endless problems due to other people in the chain, solicitors etc. Our agent, Riz was absolutely amazing throughout, going way beyond his remit with chasing people up, making sure things were in place when often this should have been the job of a solicitor or other party. He maintained constant contact with us all through the long process and was even working for us on his days off, making phone calls and updating us etc. He was always very friendly, funny (which is very important in times of stress!) and approachable, reassuring us at times when we thought we were never going to get the house, that he would do everything in his power to see the sale through, which he did. From valuation to completion absoloute fantastic service. Had 3 valuations for my deceased uncles house. Gero (haart) valued the house as did 2 other local agents. Gero gave ,what i considered a realistic valuation. By this i mean the others agents gave a higher valuation which i assume was to gain my custom. Gero obviously knows his job and the area extremely well and spoke realistically as to what the property would achieve. His advice was second to none and We had a buyer within 3weeks . First class service. Updates were provided weekly by Raheel which were good to hear. The whole process went smoothly and we completed last friday. Estate agents do get a bad press in my opinion but haart ilford were fantastic. If i need an agent in the future i will be going straight to haart without question. We personally worked with Ridwan Hanif at the Ilford branch, who was the staff in charge of our account, and we have nothing but glowing praise for the level of attention, commitment, amiability, tenacity to follow through with nonchalant solicitors, and all-round consistency and professionalism. Hi, My journey with Haart so far from the day we had the first viewing of the property has been exceptionally good. I couldn’t ask for more than what I’ve had so far!!! I’m a first-time buyer and was in a panic mode thinking about how my experience would be the reason I say this is because I’ve been to a different agent and their level of commitment wasn’t up to the mark (compared to Haart). Mr. Raheel Ahmed had been very helpful and is updating me about the progress of this purchase frequently. I’m very much happy about the service I’m receiving from Haart so far. Below are the points I would pass on to my friends based on my experience. Haart: 1. Cares for both party in closing off the purchase at a reasonable price. 2. They tend to understand what we need, what would suit our budget and arrange viewing accordingly I was so pleased that we managed to find a property that suits us. 3. No hidden clauses. (Ahmed Chughtai) Mortgage advisor was clear in what we would be doing and in what I should be focused on and even explained to us with all possible cases. As said before he was the BEST compared to my previous experience with other agents. 4. The Agents in Haart were co-ordinated so much that almost everyone knew about the status, so I need not depend on one agent. Saying that the assigned agent for this property was spot on in passing information\ updates. 5. The Agent was so polite and kind and had answers for all my questions and was happy to get back to be quick if he had to clarify questions with the owner. Haart, Ilford were the complete opposite and that is due to the agent I was dealing with Riz Hanif. Since viewing the property on the first day, Riz was the catalyst to the purchase. A great professional, transparent, straight forward and above all a human that understood the situation. As with any purchase, it can be a lengthy process and Riz was there on hand to answer my calls whenever I rang and was pivotal to getting many things in place and completed by speaking to mortgage brokers, solicitors, vendors and buyers through the whole chain. His actions have left a very good impression with me and if he is the standard at Haart, Ilford to go by, then I wouldn't hesitate for anyone that is nervous.
