Well what can I say a massive Thank you to Jazz Rai at the Ilford Haart , Jazz took all the stress away from me from the day we met for valuations . She was kind , helpful and very professional and so understanding . She was caring and attention to detail in every part of the journey , I didn't have to worry about anything . My mum had died and I had to deal with her house and I didn't know where to start but when I saw Jazz she took it all over . I could just hand her the keys and she dealt with everything so I didn't have to be at the house at all when it came to showing people around and chasing people if they were interested . I felt so comfortable as soon as we met and knew I was in safe hands . If you are looking for anyone Jazz Rai is your person , she will not give up , she chases people and responds to emails and any questions you have how little or silly they are she will always help. Buying your first property is extremely stressful and nerve-wracking. We had viewed a lot of properties previously, who were being sold by other estate agents, but not a single one of them cared for the buyer. We could really tell it was all about what was best for the seller, which didn’t make us feel like we had any hope at all. (We understand that it’s the seller paying them, but without the buyer, good luck selling the property). But that all changed once we were lucky enough to view a property managed by Jazz Rai from HAART. Every time we asked a question, her answers actually felt genuine. She was always a phone call away if needed and even gave us her mobile number for times when the office wasn’t open. And she was there at the ready throughout the whole process. I know a lot of people would expect this kind of service from any company, but unfortunately that’s sadly not the reality now a days, and we could really feel that, dealing with a lot of different estate agents. We would highly recommend Haart and if you get Jazz, that’s an added bonus. Also shout out to Jasmine Raja who was also super lovely, always calling to check in on things in the gentlest of ways. Overall, A+ service.

As we all know, purchasing a home is not at all an easy process - it can be one of the most stressful and painful experiences! But Haart Ilford were really helpful and made the experience much smoother. We had the pleasure of dealing with Jagdeep from Haart Ilford. Jagdeep has honestly been great to deal with. He was very responsive with everything and we had no problems communicating with him. For instance when we had a couple of concerns and issues that cropped up along the way, we were not hesitant to talk about them to him. Instead he helped us through any problems we incurred. It has been very stressful selling my property & also looking for a property. I did have a hard time with a staff at Haart & totally lost trust by this, I had been put through alot of stress at 1 point of a purchase through Haart, where I was totally mislead & lied too, everything said to me was denied after the property was offered to me it then got offered to someone else, & I wasn't even given a chance to put a higher offer.
