Used the agents as a Landlord. They got the job done for a reasonable price in a slow period at the beginning of the year but felt that their customer service was a lot to be desired. I felt like I was being pressured to lower the rent only 3 days after is went live on the internet and making statements that were patent lies about the competition I was up against Neither of the other two Estate Agents were asking this of me. The sales pitches were tiring and at times a tad condescending to the point that I was told the tenant's income wasn't that important at one stage. I have this in writing in case anyone from Haart wishes to raise this with me. I was constantly chasing for information and speaking to 3-4 different people that had no clue about the conversation I'd had with someone else in the office the previous day. Even the day before the tenant was due to arrive I was chasing for information about what the process would be, timings, payment etc. Just totally disorganised. They would probably say I was a nightmare client as I was always questioning things they said however, they just weren't very forthcoming. When I raised this, I was told they would only feedback if there was an issue. Maybe I felt like this because I'm a Chartered Surveyor in a different field and could see straight through a lot of things I was being told. They got the job done but if they were more professional tight, I'm sure they would get more trade regardless of their recognised name.
