I find it really hard to imagine that we could’ve had a better experience in selling our house. From the moment we met Gero we knew he was the guy to sell our house. Professional, factual, polite, courteous but most importantly promised us things that he exceeded in, let alone delivered. We were promised many offers, many viewings and an accurate price expectation… all of these were delivered in an incredibly quick timeframe!! In all honesty, I was pleasantly surprised that I made an enquiry and the response was quick and professionally handled. Having dealt with other estate agents, calls and enquiries were not responded to and contact was extremely difficult. I found Sid Patel to be genuinely interested in assisting me with my rather difficult request. He offered a truly professional approach. I have been letting out my flat through them since 2016 and have had couple of tenants found out by them which were great. Nabil always listens to the requirements and market the property very well. Sadiq in particular would help through out the process. I have always found Sadiq to be coming with solutions and be very responsive. In regards to the property management, initially i had issues dealing with couple of their staff who managed my property for few years, after complaining they changed it to one of their good property manager Denise Chandler. I must say she is remarkable and always on top of the matters with accurate information and keep me updated. I wish she was assigned to my property from day 1. I would recommend the Ilford branch if you want to let the property quickly with professional tenants

I put my house on the market in late August 2017 and with Haarts help a buyer was found as quickly as late October 2017. Riz was my allocated case worker and he worked relentlessly to ensure the process went smoothly including working during his annual leave and responding to my messages after office hours. Riz knew that I wanted exchange before Christmas as I didn’t want to carry the stress of the selling process into the new year. With his great work ethics and liasing with all solicitors Riz made this happen. If you are considering selling your property I would highly recommend Haart ilford. This is the second time I have now used them therefore would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
