GooglePoor experience with ilford haart letting team : - This was my first experience of letting my property through an agency. Obviously I thought ilford harrt will be one of the best. Because of the long standing reputation. I had a initial evaluation from Nabil. I was impressed by his speech. He promise that they will take good care of the whole thing. He also promised that there would be 6 monthly free property check. I was happy and we started the letting process. - I am seriously disappointed at how hard vets talents. I wonder if they really do a background check or not. - after I had a few rental errs , I tried to chase it with the branch. Mostly my point of contact would be Mr. Sadiq. He was a nice person. However, I felt like every time I had to chase them up. They were not really giving me updates regularly. One time they ask me to call the PM team instead chasing himself. Few times I was ready, disappointed and frustrated. It looks like it was my job to chase them up. - once I was even called from the branch that they cannot get a hold of the tenants. They asked me if I have made any contacts. I was really surprised that they would ask me this. - anyway, the 6 monthly property check never happened. Absolutely no idea what was going on. The only thing they were doing is sending me letters. When I asked about the 6 monthly check the initially said they're not doing it due to COVID. Again afterwards they said oh we'll send someone to take some pictures of it. Found that to be very unprofessional and disorganised. Although that also never happened. Actually nothing good Happened with HAART. - eventually when we started The abandonment process, I had to literally call everyone and arrange everything. IT WAS A LONG AND TEDIOUS PROCESS. I'M SO GLAD IT'S OVER. LEARNINGS FROM MY EXPERIENCE : 1. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH BEFORE GOING THROUGH AN AGENCY. ALTHOUGH HAART IS A BIG NAME THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT THEY WILL GIVE YOU A FIVE STAR SERVICE. I FEEL LIKE I SHOULD HAVE GONE WITH PURPLE BRICKS OR REED STENIS. I SHOULDN'T HAVE LISTENED TO THE SWEET TALK. 2. AGENCY NEVER WANTS YOU TO TALK WITH THE TENANTS. MAKE SURE YOU DO. IT'S FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY. YEAH SO OVERALL VERY DISAPPOINTED BY ILFORD HART.

GoogleThe WORST service I have ever received. The letting agents were nice at the start of the process however it seemed to take a turn for the worst. All parties agreed on a move in date (saturday) and everything was completed on our side however there seemed to be a constant delay with the landlord as we were told. One agent told us one thing and another agent told us another so not sure if we were being lied to or if there was a lack of communication on there side. Nabil told us we’d 100% receive the keys on Monday however it is now Monday and there seems to be a number of different excuses to stop this from happening “technical issues” “waiting on the landlord” “unable to take our payment” and we were told straight up that there is nothing they can do about it. So our move in date has been moved on two different occasions causing distress to our family as we have had to deal with van rentals, storage fees, hotel bookings etc… I would also question the accuracy of previous reviews as we were asked to leave a review right at the beginning of the process when we were sold a dream. The team at ilford haart are slow, inconsiderate and unprofessional. I personally would look elsewhere.

GoogleThis is the worst agency you can rent a house from . no responsibility no response for your phone I have bed bugs problem for 11 months right now and i had to keep call them everyday even i got problems at my work place Beacuse I’m not free all the time to call them and just ignoring me bed bugs is a big messi for ordinary life and they coming from my neighbours no one taking serious to sort it out I had lots of different problems as well sort it out by myself again If you care about your life quality never go to this agency
