GoogleMy partner and I had a really positive experience using Haart - Ilford. The Assistant Branch Manager Jazz in particular was fantastic throughout. Communication with her was great, and she always responded to emails very quickly. On top of being very personable, Jazz was very informative and offered some really useful advise. We would definitely recommend!

GoogleReally great people, Gero, Jagdeep and Jazz. Gero came over to see me at the property, and I signed there and then within 60min. He's clearly top of his game, and understands selling strategies to get a property sold - at the best price. Top quality service, all the staff are personable, and very much on the ball. They got me top dollar (doesn't sound the same saying 'top pounds'!) for a property I was selling, in a very weak market. They pushed things through quickly, and to top it all off, did it at a fantastic price.

GooglePoor experience with ilford haart letting team : - This was my first experience of letting my property through an agency. Obviously I thought ilford harrt will be one of the best. Because of the long standing reputation. I had a initial evaluation from Nabil. I was impressed by his speech. He promise that they will take good care of the whole thing. He also promised that there would be 6 monthly free property check. I was happy and we started the letting process. - I am seriously disappointed at how hard vets talents. I wonder if they really do a background check or not. - after I had a few rental errs , I tried to chase it with the branch. Mostly my point of contact would be Mr. Sadiq. He was a nice person. However, I felt like every time I had to chase them up. They were not really giving me updates regularly. One time they ask me to call the PM team instead chasing himself. Few times I was ready, disappointed and frustrated. It looks like it was my job to chase them up. - once I was even called from the branch that they cannot get a hold of the tenants. They asked me if I have made any contacts. I was really surprised that they would ask me this. - anyway, the 6 monthly property check never happened. Absolutely no idea what was going on. The only thing they were doing is sending me letters. When I asked about the 6 monthly check the initially said they're not doing it due to COVID. Again afterwards they said oh we'll send someone to take some pictures of it. Found that to be very unprofessional and disorganised. Although that also never happened. Actually nothing good Happened with HAART. - eventually when we started The abandonment process, I had to literally call everyone and arrange everything. IT WAS A LONG AND TEDIOUS PROCESS. I'M SO GLAD IT'S OVER. LEARNINGS FROM MY EXPERIENCE : 1. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH BEFORE GOING THROUGH AN AGENCY. ALTHOUGH HAART IS A BIG NAME THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT THEY WILL GIVE YOU A FIVE STAR SERVICE. I FEEL LIKE I SHOULD HAVE GONE WITH PURPLE BRICKS OR REED STENIS. I SHOULDN'T HAVE LISTENED TO THE SWEET TALK. 2. AGENCY NEVER WANTS YOU TO TALK WITH THE TENANTS. MAKE SURE YOU DO. IT'S FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY. YEAH SO OVERALL VERY DISAPPOINTED BY ILFORD HART.

GoogleI regret to leave a very positive comment when signing the contract with Haart. After a year with this company, it is a nightmare experience. Before signing the contract, I was told that the management cost is the only fees required. However, there are still some ‘hidden’ fees consting around several hundred pounds per year. They do not comunicate with you and just take them from your monthly rental payment. For example, they charge 120GBP for an annual income and expenditure report which is meaningless. Normally, there are regular inspections of the property with other agents, but there is no such service for the whole year. Avoid this company!

GoogleYour company needs to be more transparent and do better next time.You stylishly pushed for a review whereas you already know who you gonna give the apartment to.You took over 10 people for viewing all because you needed a review…since you know you have someone you wanted to give the apartment to why waste people's time? This is not good at all.
