I received an email from a senior property manager Denise Chandler regarding a boiler issue at one of my properties giving me options to handle it myself or to use one of their contractors. Since my contractor was on holiday I asked Denise to handle it herself but to send me prompt feedback. I am pleased hear that the issue is taken care of and I received a confirmation and copy invoice for the services promptly. Excellent.
