The agency is least bothered about the tenants queries and concerns, first of all they won't validate the things in house before they handover it tenants from landlord, they behave very nice until you move into the property and then afterwords if there are any issue or you are seeking any information from them related to house you moved in via this agency you get no response, either they will say will check with landlord and get back to you or you will get one automated email from the person who will be point of contact to you stating that i'm out of the office till the some dates so then you will have to wait until they come back, no other option because they don't have alternate employee to take care of the pending things of employee who is on vacation. i have rented a flat from this agency and i am frustrated out reaching out to these guys seeking for the needs in property, they have not provided even the proper access keys for main door entry(fobs) and there is balcony in house and keys are even they don't know. Only way to follow up with this agency is email, there is contact number for property management via IVR and you will never be able to connect to person on call, they have standard IVR message "All our agents are currently busy handling other clients leave your messages" no matter how many times you leave your message they will never come back. and regards to complaint i've taken it to till director level of the branch but even they responded on first followup complaint then afterwords, same with them as well. strange funny thing is i'm frustrated having no keys to access building entry and receptionist at my building got frustrated to open the doors as and when i move into property and request them to open main door. i'm writing this review for finding the right point of contact to get my issues resolved. don't know how much helpful this is for me but before renting any house/flat from this agency make sure your have all the things you have in your agreements. literally very bad management, to provide an access fobs it hardly takes one or two days these guys and the landlord don't know what they are doing even after months they are not able to provide it and not even responding.

We have been trying to buy our dream home now for almost three years. Having had almost completed on two previous purchases but for reasons out of our control, each never materialised. We, therefore were very apprehensive about trying to purchase for the third time… Gero, made us aware a house that ticked all our boxes was coming up on the market. Upon arranging a viewing, to the having our offer accepted, and traveling through the purchasing process Gero’s communication and genuine care for his clients has been amazing. The process of buying this house had various hurdles with being a long and complicated chain, however Gero and also Jazz did all they could to keep us regularly updated, solving issues as and when they arose. Jazz, was great at chasing issues and challenging them with solicitors and estate agents in the chain. She was reassuring, calm and always responsive and did her upmost to try an elevate our stresses. We have now completed on our forever home and cannot emphasise enough, how grateful we are to Gero and Jazz for getting the sale over the line. If it wasn’t for their expertise and determination the sale could have nearly not have taken place. Thank you again for all you have done I would not hesitate to use your services again in the future be it a purchase, or sale.
