I warn you about using this estate agent. I had paid a deposit and passed referencing on a rental property. I then heard nothing from the estate agent for a week; mind you everday that week, I was calling them to chase up. Every time I called, I was told that someone will call me back. A few more days of this continued until one day I saw the property that I had paid a holding deposit on listed on right move with another estate agent. I chased up for a few more days but kept getting "everyone is busy at the moment and will call you back". when an agent finally texted me back he told me that the landlady pulled out. That is fine! The lack of correspondence for a total of over 2 weeks is however not fine! Fast forward another 2 weeks and my holding deposit has still not been returned. I have called numerous times about when it will be returned and low and behold, they are telling me that someone will call me back. I still have not heard a peep. Out of the 3 agents I spoke two, the only one who was actually helpful was Izel. The others, who shall not be named, where little help or were rude. They know who they are. I am writing this review as a last ditch effort to get my deposit back (which should be returned since I never pulled out of this property), aswell as warn against this estate agent. Every worrying how this estate agent is still functioning with the lack of professionalism, correspondence with clients, competence and general bad practice! I have all the proof that I have not been paid back. Please do contact me ASAP to return my deposit.

I know HAART Estate by their one the best Real Estate Ms. IZEL OK. She’s been phenomenal and in providing the services and most importantly she’s always available whenever I needed any kind of assistance. Renting in the UK is quite a cumbersome process especially when you’re not in UK and it’s your first rental, however, Ms. Izel helped me to get through it. I’d genuinely recommend 10/10 for Ms. Izel and HAART should be proud of having such a dedicated staff.

Hi, I am sharing my personal experience as haart is a big name and as I have trusted them and request to enquiry the property for rent , which was in Goodmayes , Ilford , due to privacy reason , I am anot disclosing the street or address. I was told by Izel Ok , haart Ilford rent negotiator after taking my details and booked me viewing for 03/08/2024 at 12pm . As after confirmed booking we received an email by haart as well and I received the text message to requested for confirmation, I did it . On our phone confirmation u have told that I will come to view from Thurrock, Tilbury . I went today on time as promised but unfortunately no body turned up for viewing , I have tried on the numbers which shows in email direct line , but some one had answered from there head office and promised me that some one will contact you shortly, after 15 mins I received a call by haart Ilford and did apologies that we were forget to tell you about that this property is not available in the market. I was really upset about how come they did this to me , I thought they are team of professionals ,I was working this afternoon and specially I came all the way from tilbury, This is such a un professional manner to deal with some one who is desperately looking property for rent and it cost me money for fuel and time as well. Please for everyone when you have any viewing with the haart team , just confirming once more prior booked time. Kind regards Rizwan
