GoogleHi All,Be aware about this person ( Izel Ok ) and the company Negotiator - haart - Ilford (Lettings ) She is a Liar person wich make use to pay 415.38 £ for holding deposit .. Couple days ago we had rewiev a house in Barking and I asked her if definitely the holding deposit is refundable she says yes of course!!,for just case if we aren't pass the reference nu..,or we changed our mind and don't want that house to rent it (Izel Ok) toke the money from Mam and two kids and didn't give the money back it's a lot of money the family are completely upset .. Please don't trust the person( Izel Ok )and the company Negotiator - haart - Ilford (Lettings ) I reported to police will see what is the next steps ..

GoogleAbsolutely outstanding service from start to finish. We initially met a lovely lady, Jazz from haart estate agent at the first viewing of the property. She was extremely polite, professional and offered great support throughout the sale of the property. Along with colleague Lauren, both went the extra yard with chasing solicitors and helping to bring this sale to a speedy completion . Every single time they have very efficiently catered to my issues and resolved them. My matter was initially being dealt by a lovely lady called Marvellous, however now its being dealt by another lovely lady called Denise.
