GoogleAs a first time buyer I could not have had a better experience. I don’t think estate agents realise when buying that buyers also get a glimpse of what they are like as sellers too for when you eventually sell. The whole buying process made me realise which agents I definitely wouldn’t sell with. The team here acted as great mediators looking out for the interests of both the buyer and the seller, were nothing but helpful and went above and beyond to solve any problems that came up. I spoke on many occasions to members of staff there and the whole team always helped me to solve any potential problems and were always prepared to go the extra mile. Wendy in particular who dealt with my purchase was a true pro: acting as a mediator when necessary and was meticulous in ensuring that everything went to plan. The buying experience was smooth and before this experience I did not really see the purpose of estate agents with the online way of doing things. I would 100% want them to sell a property for me in future, there is definitely a difference which you only really see when dealing this closely with them. Googlethe whole house selling process has been a nightmare but Gaynor at Reeds Rains has gone above and beyond over the past 6 months helping us massively we couldn't have done it without her. Always available on phone and email to answer any queries and also going to and from our solicitors chasing them up when needed. highly recommend using Reeds Rains Hyde to sell your property. We used Strike first and they were awful so changed over to Reeds Rains and the service has been so much better :)

GoogleI HAVE USED REED RAINS IN HYDE FOR MANY YEARS, THE TEAM ARE WONDERFUL AND VERY PROFESSIONAL, JILL,LES,NATASHA,WENDY GAYNOR, MYLES, I HAVE DEALT WITH ALL OF THEM AT SOME POINT, I THINK WHAT YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER WHEN YOU ARE USING SERVICES SUCH AS RENTING OUT IT CAN BE FRUSTRATING IF THINGS DONT GO TO PLAN FOR YOURSELF, BUT NO MATTER HOW YOU FEEL OR IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY THEY DO THERE ABSOLUTE BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOU, I SUPPOSE YOU HAVE TO IMAGINE HOW MANY ACCOUNTS AND PEOPLE THEY DEAL WITH ON A DAILY BASIS, I ALWAYS FIND THEY WILL GET BACK TO YOU, SOME THINGS JUST TAKE TIME, THEY ARE A TRULY GREAT TEAM AND DESERVE 5 STARS FOR A GOOD SERVICE THEY PROVIDE

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service! Every member of staff at the company have been professional and kind and have made the process of selling my property a dream. It can be a stressful time selling your property but they have made the process a pleasant one and the staff go above and beyond to help with everything and keep you informed at every step of the process. FacebookI rang wanting to put a house up for sale. I asked to speak to Gaynor. I was told she was on the phone and would call me back. 6 hours later I rang back and questioned whether I was getting a call back. the woman read my number out to me and 4 months has gone by with no call.. So, I won't be putting my house up with you. I rang as I have bought 2 houses through you with no problems but obviously your customer service has changed.
